Called a head, booked 10 total days. Requested ada compliant room, customer service at the front desk is slim . Diamond member...lots of nights at Hilton. They need to go back to the drawing board and infuse some customer service at this place.

Awful experience!! First off, they charge a 75$ pet fee for a single night. I’ve stayed on dozens of hotels and never paid anywhere near that. It would be easier to accept if they actually cleaned the rooms but our room was filthy. Hair everywhere, including in the sheets!!!! Smelled moldy. Mold in shower. Pool was super cold, dirty, and smelled funny. Staff was incredibly rude and unaccommodating each time I interacted with them. Coffee was always cold or empty. I think they forgot what it means to be hospitable or provide customer service. Probably in the wrong business. Worst of all, my son and I woke up with what look like bug bites over half our bodies. I’m really hoping it’s not bedbugs or fleas that will be brought home with me. I alerted corporate about the issues I had and they said they receive frequent complaints. Please avoid this hotel and its laundry list of problems

I can’t say enough good things about this place. From the amazing Kim to Leigh Ann, the managers who always go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure guest satisfaction, to Jherron, Mahogany, Cooper and many important others , I’ll keeP returning to this location! Each and every individual that keeps this place going deserves all praise and thank you for continuing to make my stays here a home-like experience! ❤️

The rooms were extremely clean even with the backlight test. Hotel was packed but was still very quiet. The front desk was extremely helpful and kind.

There were a few minor disappointments at this particular Hampton Inn. The first was the lack of decaf coffee at breakfast and lack of any tea choices at all—there simply were no teabags. Also, the lotion and conditioner containers in the bathroom were both empty. Otherwise the hotel is what you would expect from a Hampton Inn.

I don’t often leave reviews but this was a very bad experience. First of all, the pet fee doubled the cost of the room. Ridiculous. How do you charge someone a 75$ pet fee for one night. Never ever paid near that for one night. Our room was certainly not very clean and was full of hair so it’s not like they do any extra cleaning. Mold in shower. Pool was cold and dirty. Staff was rude and unhelpful. Hotel sits right behind highway so you get to hear trucks all night. Worst of all, I woke up with strange bites all over my chest and arms. Hoping it’s not bedbugs or fleas that are now traveling home with me. Maybe use some of the insane pet fee to actually clean. RUN AWAY from this hotel!!!

We had to change our room immediately upon check-in when we discovered that the refrigerator in our room was out of service. They put us in an ADA-compliant room (which we didn't need). This has a roll-in shower with a too-small shower curtain, no place to put bar soap, and a nozzle that either required hand-holding or would spray horizontally, leaving lots of water on the floor however we tried to manage it. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the hotel was quiet, the housekeeping staff were friendly. Breakfast was notable for a lack of decaffeinated coffee and a so-so buffet -- fruit and oatmeal at 9:30 when the buffet closed at 10:00, and we did not see staff, unusual in our experience at a HAMPTON INN. This could easily be better.
