We stopped here late at night without a reservation hoping and the lady at the front was very nice and helpful. They had an available suite for the 5 of us and she helped us get a rollaway crib and extra blankets/pillows for the sofa bed.

We were lucky to be in one of the newly renovated rooms and it was beautiful and plenty of space. The bathroom was spacious and had pretty finishes. The shower was very nice and plenty of pressure from the shower head. Even with 5 of us we had plenty of space in the room. The bed was EXTREMELY comfortable we got the best sleep I think we've ever had in a hotel.

I would definitely recommend ๐Ÿ’ช

If I could rate this place a zero, I would. Worst hotel ever. They donโ€™t tell you itโ€™s under renovation until you get there and nothing works. Elevator is broken half the time. No one at the front. Door keys donโ€™t work ever. I literally canโ€™t complain enough.

10/10 hotel, the service was very nice, this cute guy I think his name was Nicholas, he worked the front desk, he was very nice, and complimented me. He even saved my pet from getting hit by a car, he is a true hero. He looks super strong too. I had the best customer service.

Positive: The waffles at breakfast. The hotel it self is not bad, I would just recommend that they upgrade the breakfast. Everyday it was the same thing Negative: The breakfast was not that great. The bacon was full of water, the jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches were frost burned and the oatmeal packages had holes in them

Positive: The beds are amazing, like sleeping on a cloud. Negative: The tub/shower is out of date. I had brought cleaning supplies to wipe down the tub so I could soak but the drain wouldn?t seal and the shower/tub are very out of date. It?s probably not a huge deal but I feel it?s worth mentioning.

Hotel room was average. key card reader was temperamental. Loved the spacious bathroom counter(nice beige color). Good Location next to a good variety of restaurants. Good breakfast selection.||I feel room was overpriced, I thought we'd receive lower price being a Choice Privilege member||I'd like to recognize the following employees who displayed genuine, hospitality: Front desk: NEIL & SUNNY. They had great attitudes and were personable yet professional. Very welcoming & accommodating.

Love the beds, they where so much more comfortable then the once we had at the casino in Mississippi thank god. There was coffee in room witch is a plus need a little updating on bathroom and carpet floors but it was very nice the lady that check us in was very nice and got us on the first floor witch is prefect since it was late and I was very tired. No pool disappointed if you have kids but we came in late so it was fine

We had just checked in when the fire alarm went off. Fun times. Not the fault of the hotel - some guest set it off.
We always get an accessible room. This was the first time we asked for accessible and the bed was extremely low and very difficult to get up. I am sure that would be great for someone - but it was the first time we had seen a very low bed.
Bigger problem was the shower had scalding hot water that could not be cooled. We would stay here again but would be more specific about accessible needs and hope they fix the shower valve in that room.
