Newer hotel, stayed in a king room with an excellent room layout including a small couch where you can put your feet up and watch tv. Also like that the refrigerator is elevated and is easier to access then bending over. Good common area, good fitness center for a hotel of this size and price point. There are some little things that need attention. For example, the body wash and shampoo in the room were completely empty. I was already in the shower getting ready to leave for an early flight when discovered and had to shower with no soap. Similarly, even though its a newer hotel the shower handle fixture was already loose and coming off. Further the main restroom near the lobby could have been cleaner. Friendly staff, just need to pay a little more attention to some of the small things.

Three weeks ago, we made an early reservation but experienced a delay in accessing our room upon arrival at 4pm. Unfortunately, one of the front desk staff members displayed a curt and dismissive demeanor towards a gentleman attempting to check in beside us. By 4:45, we were able to enter our room. While the room appeared refreshed and clean, there were some noticeable oversights, including potato chip crumbs on the carpet by the window and hair on the bathroom floor. However, the amenities, including the two TVs, thermostat, microwave, mini fridge, and blow dryer, functioned properly. Furthermore, the beds were exceptionally comfortable and cozy.

The sweet lady that was working the desk treated me with such a sweet spirit and bc it was so late at night she helped me to the room to make sure my key worked. I was exhausted and needed that extra care. The rooms were clean, nice and cozy, and well worth the cost for my one night stay. Highly recommend! And kudos again to the sweet staff member Ava! She was the best! Great hospitality!

Staff is the BEST. No matter what time of day or night I check in, the staff is always there to greet me with smiles and lovely welcoming saying WELCOME BACK!!! The General Manager always goes over and beyond to make sure we all have a great stay at Marriott. I work at night and have to sleep during the day, her and her team make sure I am not waking during the rush of the morning check ins and out. The cleaning crew help with making sure my stay is a great one and I love it!!!

The Courtyard Auburn location was a great stay from top-to-bottom. Starting with a swift but pleasant check-in to the cleanliness of the rooms to the energy & hospitality from the entire staff - I enjoyed my time there for sure. The Bistro had good menu options and the taste/presentation when I got it didn't disappoint.||I stay in plenty of Marriotts over the course of the year, and I rate this location up there with the best of 'em when it came to checking all boxes for guests. I highly recommend. Mekyel and her staff are top tier.

Is a titanium member at Courtyard I stay and many hotels every year, and sometimes I have to work odd hours at my client site that was true on this trip so I really got to experience the evening staff at this hotel. Not only were they excellent staff but they were just warm and friendly especially on the evening shift cheery made it a pleasure to get back to the hotel at the wee hours of the morning and be greeted warmly by such nice staff. I'll be at the rooms were great the hotels in nice shape I'd stay here just to experience the staff again.

We tried to check in at 2pm. Was told to return at 3pm. Went back at 6:45pm, still no room ready. Room was not ready until 7:30pm. Room was dirty when we finally got checked in. Noisy people in the room above us banging around. Can not recommend. Will not stay here again.

**Exceptional Stay at Courtyard by Marriott in Auburn**

I had an amazing experience staying at the Courtyard by Marriott in Auburn during MLK weekend with my children. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations.

The staff was incredibly nice and courteous, offering late check-out and responding quickly to all my questions and requests through the app. The check-in process was seamless, and the rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable.

The highlight of our stay was the General Manager, Mykle. (I hope I spelled her name right). She was absolutely wonderful, addressing me by my first name and making my family feel like we were at home. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed—even something as simple as makeup wipes and toothbrushes. Her kindness and attention to detail truly stood out.

The hotel’s location was perfect, allowing us to enjoy our first-ever visit to Buc-ee’s, which was a fantastic experience!

I cannot recommend this hotel enough, and I will definitely be returning for another stay. Thank you, Courtyard by Marriott Auburn, for making our weekend so special!

I recently returned to this hotel for a self-care day, something I make a priority once a month. Having had a great experience here before, I was pleased to find that the level of service remained just as exceptional—if not better!

My'kel is truly a gem. She always makes me feel like a family member returning for a visit, which adds such a personal touch to my stay. She ensured I got the floor I requested, away from others for a peaceful experience, and even offered me a late checkout. As a Gold Rewards member, I usually receive a welcome gift upon arrival, and My'kel made sure I didn’t miss out on that special touch.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality service and a welcoming atmosphere. And if you go, be sure to ask for My'kel—she truly is the sweetest!
