We spent over $1,000 for 4 rooms and stayed 4 nights and our vent in our bathroom had rust and dust and dirt covered the vent. The drink machine was out of order. For breakfast the juice machine was out of order. The pancake machine was out of order when we got to breakfast the jug of milk was 6 days old. Just very disappointed in our stay we always stay there when we come but the last two years things have went down hill and thing have been out of order and have not been fixed. We will definitely be staying somewhere else from now on. Very dissatisfied for the money we spent.

My experiences staying here has been great. In a months time I've stayed about 14 nights here for my job. This place is quiet, and pretty clean. The beds have been great and the employees have been fantastic. I do recommend this place if you need good affordable lodging. There may be better places to stay in the area... idk... cause this place was the first choice the first time I had to come out here and if it ain't broke I dont fix it... the absolutely only gripe I've been able to come up with is that the window seal has dead bug carcasses littered along the Crack of it. Have not found any bugs (dead or alive) anywhere else.

The TV volume was very very low I kept hearing noise do the night and morning the clerk at the desk told me I wasn't hearing noise but I will stay again

I decided to get away for the 3 day weekend and had a set price that I decided on. The hotel is listed as a 2 star which I think is an accurate description. The welcome committee was fabulous..the morning service not quite..needed to ask for napkins and the coffee was extremely weak...the desk attendant was on the phone and responded with the phrase "someone needs to let me know"
Unfortunately there are things that could be avoided (vending drink machine out of order)
The location is close to downtown Columbus and tomorrow I am planning a trip to Opelika
Overall..not disappointed and recommend for a short stay with no extras

I had a reservation booked as I am moving into town. Before we got there i decided to call and let them know we would be arriving and asked a few questions on pet deposits etc. I'm on the cars phone and so my buddy can hear everything. She stays saying dint you get an attitude with me. Then said I was yelling at her as him and I had made eye contact and were not making a noise..... she told me she canceled my reservation and I would get a refund but neither happened. As a matter of fact she never canceled it, I'm out 382 dollars for a place i never stepped foot on. I was treated badly and when I asked about esa fees she became even more loud and violent on the phone. I would like my money back atleast. I live here and would like to see this resolved.

From the very jump I wasn't impressed one of the front desk ladies had an attitude as soon as i walked up. The door to my room is falling off the hinges, the toilets been leaking so long their's mold growing in the bathroom, ac only has one speed low, lamps on either side of the bed are about to fall off. I'm assuming their maintenance crew is not very knowledgeable by the level of quality of this room.
