In town for graduation. The hotel was very clean. Staff was friendly and polite.|Breakfast was ok, nothing to write home about. Room was cozy and yet modern. Bathroom mirror lighting and shower were the highlights. Ample parking.|The bed was stiff, hard but I suppose that was due to the hotel being fairly new.|Construction on the roads at the entrance made exiting a bit tricky but that should be taken care upon completion of the road upgrades.

GM went out of her way to accommodate our requests! Had to put finishing touches on crucial project, and she made sure we had everything we needed and made us feel welcome, even before check-in. Note there is no hair dryers or coffee maker in the room, but there is an iron and a mini-fridge. Breakfast is perfectly adequate (good coffee and a variety of pick-up options) but nothing special. Fresh-baked cookies in the afternoon were a nice touch. Convenient location and well-run facility. Great hotel for this price point.

I’ve stayed here several times and have had mostly positive experiences and have been pleased with the rooms. I won’t be back, though. Since I had a reservation, I never expected to be joining a lobby full of other guests waiting for RESERVED rooms to be ready at 9:15 PM! I waited over 30 minutes before deciding to cancel my reservation and move to a more reliable hotel. After a long day of work and traveling, I just wanted to sleep. I noticed this seems to be a FREQUENTLY reoccurring issue here after reading these reviews.

In town for one night for an event. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. Very quiet. Soft, comfortable bed. I slept like a baby!

SPECIAL SHOUTOUT TO FRONT DESK, DESHAWN!!!!!! He made my check-in the absolute best due to my special circumstances. I'd stay at THIS hotel again just because of him! Overall a perfect stay!

This hotel is very neat and clean - from the lobby, the elevators, the hallways, to the room - everything was in excellent condition. The lighting throughout the hotel is very pleasant also - it has a nice vibe. I was very impressed with the staff at this hotel. Every staff member I encountered was so kind and friendly. I will definitely stay at this hotel again. And I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel in Auburn.

Such a nice hotel, nice people. Jasmine who checked us in was super kind and helpful. We needed help because our bathroom sink soap dispenser was empty. Jasmine helpfully replaced that while we were out to dinner. But later we discovered both shampoo and body wash containers in the shower were also empty. The shower stall also had old stains that a bit of scrubbing and chemicals would easily remove. I don't think I can convince my wife to go back.

PS - is it really any more trouble or expense to just leave a small bar of soap at the sink

I recently stayed here for my son’s robotics tournament at the university. There were many students in the hotel but I feel my room was still a quiet room even with a bunch of teens running around. But what I really want to compliment was the staff. Every single staff member I encountered was so pleasant, kind, and always offering to help in any way possible. Thank you so much for such a pleasant stay.

The staff at the hotel were welcoming and very friendly. The entire hotel and rooms were very clean and the amenities in the room were great, as well as the beverage service. I did not take advantage of the breakfast, but it also looked great. I highly recommend this hotel.
