This hotel is one of the best I've ever stayed in, in terms of amenities. VERY clean, plenty of outlets, all the electronics work properly, and the wait staff is very friendly. The morning is okay too. Only thing I didn't like was its rather remote location in proximity to Auburn University, but the Uber rides didn't cost that much, so it all worked out in the end. 👍🏾

Currently a guest at this property. We are Titanium Platinum Bonvoy members and stay at a LOT of Marriott family properties. The room is filthy. I almost asked the front deck for a vacuum so I could clean it myself. The perimeter of the floor throughout the room is very dusty. Bathroom floor corners and edges filthy too. And, the walls are paper thin. You can literally hear every word the family next door is saying. Would not recommend. Simple rooms are fine - dirty is not acceptable. Only positive is that the ladies at the front desk are very pleasant.

For a 3 star hotel in a college town, they are keeping it cute and cozy. Not bad. Feels like they recently upgraded. Staff is nice. The room was rough around the edges but it's a good location. I walked to Starbucks. If you're used to 4 star level, don't compromise, but it was good for my short business stay.

Positive: The room had a separate bedroom. Negative: I did not like the air being controlled from the wall because it would turn off the unit without being at the specified temperature and was very quiet at night.

TownPlace was very clean, smelled wonderful, and was beautiful; however, the mattress on the foldout couch was extremely thin, lumpy and uncomfortable. My grandson tried putting the couch cushions on it, but ended up in a crevice. The pillows were no better. Noise from the hallway and room next door kept us awake. If you go, bring your own pillows, don't get a room where you must use the fold out and bring some ear plugs. I hated to leave this review because the front desk staff were so kind and helpful. The closeness to the University was also a huge plus - not walkable but still close for driving.

Holy Moldy! Check out the shower mold.
Every Marriott I stay at I get a welcome package and bonus points because of my status. Except this one, front desk seemed too busy to care. Nasty powdered eggs that are somehow "cagefree" lol. Won't be staying at this one ever again.

If I could rate this hotel a 0 I would. I was staying there for almost 2 months for work. The last day I traveled I was in a hurry to get to ATL airport and forgot my trave jewelry box in the room. I noticed immediately after I left and called the front desk. The girl stated she would retrieve items and hold them at front desk. I had a full day of traveling and realized when I landed, I still hadn't heard from the hotel. I reached out to hotel, and they stated nothing was found and I would have to file report through Auburn PD. This occurred October 4, 2024, and till this week I get a response stating their investigation consisted of checking who accessed room, and they spoke to employee involved. The employee stated she didn't take anything, and investigation was closed. The manager and point of contact for Marriot has been no help and simply stated there is nothing they can do. Jewelry was over 10K. Worst customer service, not professional! The point of contact for Marriott was so rude and unprofessional stating how did they know I had the jewelry. I told him to pull cameras for the last 2 months of me wearing them. I have traveled for 10 years and stayed at Hilton properties with no issues. Marriott handled this incorrectly and with zero remorse.

Enjoyed my stay! Very convenient location for quick arrival to Auburn’s campus.
I selected a king suite which was very spacious with a mini kitchen area. I was also checked in and out by the same staff member (Katie, I believe) in which was very welcoming and informative.
