This is a small, 2 story hotel with no elevator. My original room was on the first floor but it was very musty and moldy. It had a room purifier going but I never could have stayed there. So I was moved to an upstairs room. Fortunately, the young man helped me get all my stuff up the steps. The room and bathroom were clean and so were the sheets and towels. The a/c worked well. The room only had a refrigerator. I was led to believe there would be a microwave and coffee maker but apparently those are the more $$$ rooms. And the fitness center is in conjunction with a local gym. The water pressure and hot water were fantastic. The water did go on the floor so a shower liner would be helpful. There was some mold on the bath door jam which I wiped off and told the manager the next morning. The breakfast was good enough. I think while this hotel is undergoing a slow makeover, it's hit or miss. But for the price, I think it was fair. It was quiet and I felt safe. And the staff were friendly and helpful.

The accommodations were small and simple but clean and comfortable. Had everything I needed for just passing through. Check-in was easy and I was given recommendations for dinner. Was surprisingly quiet for the location, close to highway and very busy main roadway.

The hotel was extremely clean the bed comfortable the pillaes wonderful and the customer service was better than I've had at any hotel to date. Pam and Sam were considerate, friendly and accommodating. Definitely the place to stay at a wonderful value if you're in the Auburn area.

This hotel was not good. My room floors were dirty I had a lot of pet hair and other things the bathroom was dirty someone's hair was in the tub. I went to buy my own cleaning products from dollar tree to clean the bathroom. There were stains on one of the sheets and stains on the wall by the bed. The toilet and tub both were stopping up the shower water was going everywhere the was only a curtain not a liner so that the water wouldn't be everywhere. The lady manager was very rude and has a smart mouth. This was my first time traveling and it was a very bad experience I will say the beds are comfortable despite the stains. Check your bed before you lay in it. There was a lot of noise in the hotel all around. The location is nice it has a lot of shopping centers around and food places but there aren't good the food was horrible.

Decent for the price. Room was very comfortable. No outside sitting area for smokers. On a busy street and location makes it difficult to get in and out.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel is older but clean. My room was on the ground floor. Room 112. At midnight, the heat unit in my room popped, and a light flashed and then was dead. I guess it blew up. At 3:30 a.m., I was jolted awake out of a sound sleep to someone beating on the wall or door. Then at 4:47am, I was woken out of a sound sleep again to a crashing sound on the floor above me, and then something large being drug across the floor and heavy footsteps. I finally got back to sleep and then woke up around 6 a.m. to the staff, getting breakfast ready and loud talking in the lobby. The shower was hot, and water pressure was high, which was a plus after a restless night. While in the bathroom, I found these produce stickers stuck to the door jamb pictured below. If you're looking for a quiet night, I don't recommend staying on the ground floor near the lobby.

This place is a scam. Says on site 52 for a night and you can place a hold for the room with no card.
Then you show up and the lady says its 75 dollars and since you didnt reserve with a credit card there is no availabilty?
She was argumentative and rude.
Worst experiance with hotel staff ever.
