I’m a globalist and a returning guest. This stay was truly special and exceeded our expectations. It started with Ryan(Director) who learned of our unpleasant stay last time but made sure we are well taken cared of, great service recovery. Theresa(Concierge) was very helpful in creating an itinerary for us and helped adjust it on the fly when we needed it. Tracy (spa) provided a wonderful treatment to my wife and she cannot stop raving about it. The breakfast was delicious and service was on point. Overall the hotel and staff were exceptional. Definitely one of the top if not the BEST hotel in Napa! This will be our go to hotel and will definitely be back!

We loved our stay at the Alila. Beautiful hotel, lovely staff. Janice and Theresa at the Concierge were amazing, special shout out to Janice. Also all the valet staff were wonderful and helpful. We really appreciated the shuttle service to the wineries as well as the Alila partnership with the lovely wineries. The breakfast was delightful at the Violeta as well. Will for sure be coming back!

The staff was warm, welcoming, and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and had a breathtaking view. ||This hotel sets the bar for excellence. We felt truly pampered and appreciated every moment. Great experience and stay! Stacie and Marlena were wonderful! We were offered a welcome drink when we arrived. We loved our room that overlooked Beringer. Comfortable bed, clean, cookies at turndown. Great gym and shuttle service. Try the marg at the bar! Overall we would stay again! Ask for vineyard partnerships.

Customer Service was top notch. Rooms were spacious and the view was fantastic. Grounds were always clean and welcoming. Enjoyed the gas fire pit on the balcony. Theresa was extremely helpful at planning our trip. Would highly recommend a stay here. We will be back.

Another Alila, and this one is pretty much on par with its peers. The location is great, and the room was nice and well maintained. We especially liked the patio bathtub and the sound of the stream—it really added to the experience. Overall, good. The whole property is on the smaller side and doesn’t have a strong resort vibe, but it was still a very pleasant stay.

Really the best hotel we have ever stayed at. They bring you a little dessert every night to your room. They welcomed us with a bottle of sparkling wine for my birthday. Really great service.

The property was truly stunning! The view of the vineyard alongside the fire pit is breathtaking! The rooms were thoughtfully designed and very comfortable. We will certainly return for our next visit. The location was also fantastic and close to town.
