Hotel is stunning, cottages are massive and the service is 5 star! I highly suggest dinning at Farm, one of the best meals we have ever had. Lobster Risotto and Gnochi are incredible. The location is also great, Taylor the concierge, provide me with a solid list of suggestions based on what we were looking for. All we perfect. The house car transfers to some close by wineries made it very VIP for my wife and I. I cannot wait to return!

Our stay at Canero Resort was simply amazing! ||From the moment we arrived, the staff at the front desk and the bellmen made us feel incredibly welcome and well taken care of. This exceptional level of care continued with the breakfast staff, who also showed how much they value their guests. The entire team made us feel seen and ensured all our needs were met.|The resort itself is absolutely fabulous, boasting a "luxury farmhouse cottage vibe" that we absolutely loved. It provided a beautiful and comfortable backdrop for our getaway.||We want to give a special shoutout to Cristobal, who truly made our stay unforgettable. He went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied and accommodated all our requests. Cristobal perfectly exemplifies what great hospitality should be.

Carneros Resort is a stunning well kept property in Napa. We absolutely loved our stay here. The food at Farm was top notch. Simon is phenomenal and we enjoyed our experience. The croissants at Market are criminally delicious! Nina created an outstanding itinerary and made sure our stay was top notch and romantic for our mini honeymoon. Our room was super clean and well maintained. The bed was super comfortable and the heated floors in the bathroom are a nice touch! Turn down service is spectacular. We enjoyed our little treats and games that arrived. Highly recommend walking the property and soaking up everything Carneros has to offer. We really enjoyed our morning walks. Our server at the Hilltop ( I think he name was Misa) was super friendly and knowledgeable on the menu. Super delicious onion rings.... Will be coming back!

This resort is close to many wineries in the Napa area. It is a very peaceful resort with many amenities to enjoy.
Each guest has a private cabin with a small backyard. Our patio had a gas fireplace and heating lap with nice furniture and outdoor shower as well.
There was also a fireplace inside and the bathroom floors were heated.
We enjoyed playing bocce ball and pickle ball. They also have two pools and hot tubs as well as a ping pong table.
There is a nice restaurant, casual restaurant and small market with a deli to satisfy all tastes.
Overall it is a very nice place and the only problem we encountered was with the charging stations.

We had a wonderful stay at Carneros but were disappointed that the stay was not as good as our last visit in June 2024. We were very pleased with all the staff at the front desk (except for one incident) and at the hilltop pool and breakfast service. Everyone was nice and attentive. Some people have complained about the lack of choices for the free breakfast but we thoughy it was adequate but do find it strange that they charge you for espresso drinks. The adult pool is very peaceful and we used the hot tub at night. The poolside food and service were very good. The gardens are beautiful and filled with fresh produce. We used the pickle ball courts and enjoyed the live music at night. Needless to say, we enjoyed all the hotel amenities! There were 2 areas where we felt the resort came up short.||We stayed in 1 Sparrow and there was mold on the lower tiles in the shower and the 2 bathroom sinks drained very slowly. I pointed this out to housekeeping but I noticed there were still some mold after cleaning. Also, the shade around the light fixture in the bathroom was broken in the back. The unit just needed a little maintenance and I would think the resort would have someone to keep an eye on these things. Despite this, our room was lovely with lots of space and we enjoyed spending time in the outside patio area.||Our worst experience was with the Farm restaurant. They were clearly understaffed the night we went and we had to wait 15 minutes for our table even though we had reservations. It was odd because there were only about 4 occupied tables for inside seating and the rest of the restaurant was empty. We ordered 2 glasses of wine and our entrees. After waiting over 15 minutes and no wine, we had to ask the waiter for our wine and he replied he was going to bring them with our entrees. I found that quite strange. The food was good (I ordered the duck) but my husband ordered the Margherita pizza and noted that he got 4 VERY tiny pieces of basil on it yet the resort has many planters filled with fresh produce growing which was a bit ironic.||I would also like to mention that I called the front desk one night to ask how to turn on the firepit on our patio. The woman who answered ( I think her name was Bridget but I can't be sure) was REALLY rude and seemed very bothered at having to help me. I had another question but she hung up before I could ask it. I was quite shocked at her rudeness. I called back 10 minutes later and a very nice gentleman helped me so I am not sure what hole "Bridget' climbed out of to answer the phone the first time.||We had a nice time but will be debating whether to come back next year.

Great experience overall. Staff were friendly and attentive, the resort itself is private and quiet in a good way, perfect setting to unwind. We were here with a group of 10 for a business celebration event and would surely book again. Cottage style rooms make for a great ambiance and would definitely see this being great for couples.

We returned to celebrate our 10-year anniversary, expecting the same outstanding experience we had the first time. Unfortunately, the only thing that seemed to have changed was the price—now over $1,000 per night. For that amount, we expected pristine accommodations, but instead, we were met with cracked tile in the entryway and a moldy shower. Bringing it up would have likely meant the hassle of switching rooms, which we didn’t have time for, so we just dealt with it.

The staff we interacted with were friendly, but service levels have clearly declined. Every time we tried to use the car service, we were told they were understaffed and unavailable. A concierge even mentioned that they used to have a team of eight, and now they’re down to just two. The attention to detail that made our first visit special was noticeably missing—everything just felt a little less polished, including staff presentation.

The backyard water fountain, which was supposed to add to the ambiance, wasn’t even working. Instead of a peaceful, flowing feature, it was just sitting there with stagnant, dirty water. Not exactly the luxury experience we had in mind

It’s disappointing to spend this much money only to leave feeling like it wasn’t worth it. Not sure we’ll be back—this place just doesn’t live up to the hype anymore.

Deseree at the front desk should be in the back. Horrible service, left us stranded for over an hour downtown and lies multiple times in the phone. We won’t be rebooking this careless resort. We have never been left stranded anywhere until Carneros Resort. What a nightmare.
It just gets worse here with the days we’re trying to make the best of it because we have so many plans. However they have damaged my vehicle, which is all on Camera, they’ve literally dropped two drinks onto our floor and then left a mess again all on camera I just can’t even go on and on, but stay anywhere but this resort please go to yelp and read the one star reviews. Please reach out to me privately if you would like to get more information this place is an absolute joke. Even the staff just tells us how horrible the evening staff is. Even the staff is telling us where else we should stay next time. Horrible, horrible horrible zero worst resort in Napa Valley 100% worst Resort.
