We have stayed here twice in the last year, and each time we have been pleased with underground parking, afternoon happy hour, breakfast, and Sonoma location. Tuesday evening the central square in town turns into a farmer's market with music and food tents/trucks. Yes, this hotel is older, and there are some quirky things wrong with the bathrooms, but the location and service from the staff over ride indiosyncracies from bathrooms. The hotel manager is an expert on wine tasting and restaurants. Ask for recommendations. You won't be disappointed.

We loved our stay at the Sonoma Inn. The room was beautiful. The bed was so comfortable. The staff were exceptional. The breakfast was delicious and I love that every day there’s something different. They had a nice wine hour in the evening and the location could not have been better for walking around Sonoma Plaza going to many restaurants And wineries. We would definitely go back. Do not hesitate to book this Inn.

The hotel is nice. Offers a wine happy hour and good breakfast for guests. The rooms are well kept. The location is convenient to downtown Sonoma. The housekeeping and customer service is a weak point. I submitted my specific complaint about the housekeeping lapse to staff on site and after the stay. Unfortunately the post stay follow up never occurred. At one point we saw a partial refund appear to our credit card but it was withdrawn . Housekeeping did not clean the room during our stay as indicated by their services until we asked and excuses were made at 2 pm they do check outs first. The housekeepers left dirty glasses and empty wine bottles on the credenza outside the rooms by the stair landing. On other days the staff used this as a work area to fold towels. It takes away from the ambience and relaxation we anticipated. We were offered a 10 year old bottle of wine that was unfortunately undrinkable as we had to leave our room when housekeeping showed up around 3 . These types of gaps in service are not earth shattering but the response was just disappointing considering the hotel class and cost. They sent a survey, I provided the details, requested a response and got nothing. I don’t recommend them for that reason as it shows poor manners.

The Inn was a perfect place to stay for our weekend getaway in Sonoma. The staff always let you know they were available but were never overbearing. Perfection in customer service. The wine and charcuterie boards each afternoon were a pleasure and on our final day a representative from a local winery was there answering questions and providing wine as well. A very nice touch. The location was also great as it is in walking distance to the plaza where many shops, restaurants and tasting rooms are located. Could not have asked for a better stay and we will always recommend this as a great place to stay when visiting Sonoma.

Had nice VERY comfortable stay. Staff great, Especially Gianna at the front desk Room VERY clean and comfortable. Lovely place. Great town center location. Good Wi-Fi and bathroom clean. had fun in the hot tub. Don't know what else to say. Great Hospitable Place.

We had the best stay at Inn at Sonoma! Loved that they offer breakfast and a lovely wine hour included in your stay! We had a great room with a balcony. Everyone was so kind that worked there and very helpful. You cannot beat the location, less than a 5 minute walk from the square. I’ve stayed on the square before and it is very noisy, this was much more pleasant! Cannot wait to visit again for our stay in March!

It's a beautiful place! The breakfast that's included was delicious. It's walkable to the town square where there's fun shopping and amazing restaurants. The staff was very kind and helpful! Fireplace in our room was super cozy. I would definitely stay there again.

Inn at Sonoma is close to some amazing wineries and within walking distance of downtown Sonoma. The staff here made me feel very special for my birthday and made some great recommendations on what to do and see. My partner and I loved freshly cooked breakfast every morning and the complimentary wine and cheese every afternoon. It was hard to say goodbye because of how much of a good time we had here. I’d definitely love to stay with the four sisters brand again. Thank you for your hospitality.
