I give this hotel 5 stars for the following reasons
- price for the location
- the hotel was spotlessly clean and well maintained.
- the staff were accommodating to our needs for a second parking spot.

Yes the motel is close to the freeway (aren't many of them?) and there is freeway noise, but the motel construction dampened some of the noise and it quietened down at night. I am a light sleeper, and used earplugs, and a sound machine on my phone, and was fine.
I particularly liked the clean, white cotton covers to the bed. They were so much nicer than the likely unwashed dingy colored covers you get at similar motels.

DO NOT Stay here!!! I wish there were 0 starts. Hotel looks old annd trashy and in an very unattractive place. Just NASTY all around. The rudest woman in the front desk. She gives my partner the dirtiest look and tells him directly, “no smoking. No smoking of any kind.” We don’t even smoke. Then she points at my RV, and says “what is that? “ multiple times. very rude and demeaning. We are a professional couple on vacation in a small RV. We left and just got to Marin Suites Hotel where they were so accommodating and welcoming. I’m so glad we didn’t support such a nasty gross motel.

The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. For the location and the price, I felt my two week stay was worth it and exactly what I was looking for.

The wifi was decent enough to stream shows on my laptop and use my phone. However, it would lag quite a bit during peak hours.

The room had a fair bit of road noise due to the location being directly next to 580 and 101. Fortunately, it does quiet down later at night. I'm also used to city noise when I sleep so it wasn't too big of a deal.

I will definitely be staying here again if I am ever in the area.

For a cheap motel, I wasn't expecting much but it still disappointed us. Dirty carpet with missing patches (you could see the concrete underneath!), alarm that wakes you up at midnight (despite not being set), no breakfast (despite being advertised). However it looked clean, safe, and the shower was good.

Clean hotel and spacious room for a very reasonable price. Left my jacket in the room and the attendant called me and offered to mail it back to my home. Exceptional service much appreciated!

Nice and clean hotel with great staff. The bed was comfortable. The hotel is right next to a highway however the noise is fairly low and does not impact on sleep. It has a few shops nearby and is only 20 minute drive from the golden gate bridge. Considering the prices of hotels in the bay area, this one is great value and can serve as a base to explore the surrounding area.

Had a lovely stay in this spacious, comfortable, clean king room. Shower and bathroom very clean. Anita was so kind and helpful. Even though it is convenient because it is close to the highway, it was very quiet. Very good value for the price.

We had a late night event in San Francisco and are heading up north this morning so we booked a night here. Location was very convenient for us. Parking is cramped but adequate. Innkeeper is friendly and showed concern for all guests. Room is clean and well-equipped. Bed was comfortable. Some nice touches: in the morning, both light and dark roast coffee are available. Organic bananas are offered (not the more usual slave-picked bananas).
