I have a few issues after booking my stay here.

First off, I paid in advance and the hotel charged me without acknowledging it during check in or check out. I didn't even notice the double charge until reviewing my CC statement. They require 7-10 wait to refund back to my account. Very annoying.

The hotel itself is located in a nice area but is absolutely inconvenient without a car. They have rental bikes for $40 2-hour bookings. Because of the location everything is marked up. A small coffee is $6, a candy bar is $4.50, etc. They were generous enough to give me (2) $3 water bottles, very clearly price labeled, with my stay - it made the place feel so cheap. The check in staff were not very welcoming, either.

And the phone calls I've had with Hilton have taken over an hour of my time to resolve incredibly simple issues. The calls have been nice, but incredibly time wasteful and as a customer I simply don't have time or want to know every single detail about every thing that caused an issue.

Overall disappointed with Hilton through the whole process and I was excited to get home.

Wonderful location with beautiful views from the balcony if you get a marina view room. The restaurant doesn't offer room service but it was easy to place an online order to the Boathouse restaurant, and the walk to pick it up was short. The lobby has a 24 hour Starbucks machine that makes delicious mochas and lattes for 8 dollars each. (up to a triple shot.) The grab and go breakfast is not that great. It offers burritos, sandwiches, or a to-go box with a pastry, fruit, and juice. We love the location of this hotel and have been there multiple times. Will be back again and again.

Don’t believe the pictures!||Arrived at property and immediately it felt unsafe and not clean. I asked upon check-in if I could see the room first. Receptionist said no and I had to pay in full first. This should have been my first red flag. The room was dirty, dark, and musty smelling. Went back to the front desk, where there was now an ambulance. This was my second red flag. Explained the room was unacceptable and I didn’t want to stay. The lady said I had to talk to her manager. ||It was SO BAD I walked out for my own safety. ||Don’t stay here!

I know it’s a three star hotel but it’s worse than I expected. Very worn down and outdated rooms, cracks in the ceiling of the shower, there’s no way to turn on the vent in the bathroom so it got VERY humid and I wouldn’t be surprised if they have mold issues as a result. The shower is also very cramped. Sofa had these weird scratches on it that look like someone brought their cat in here and let it go to town. Windows are dirty, AC is way too loud. Outlets and wall switches yellowed and gross. Overall didn’t really feel comfortable in the room.

Gym is small and doesn’t have enough mirrors. My husband liked that they had Peloton bikes , though.

Also we booked a king size room and upon arrival this definitely does not look like a king size bed. We have a king bed at home and this feels significantly smaller. I brought it up to the staff who said it’s the largest bed they have. I still don’t think it’s a king.

On the positive side the staff was friendly and the onsite restaurant was a nice spot for brunch. Overall would recommend staying elsewhere (and not letting your husband choose the hotel).

Much of the same many others have mentioned. Extremely dated rooms (80s), toilet wouldn't flush without taking it apart and found plunger was stuck, hot water would run out while showering, fan in bathroom did not work,tiny balcony with no furniture, $40/night parking fee not included, no complimentary coffee in lobby ($10 per cup including tip, Starbucks). Definitely not up to even 3 star Hilton standards. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and the location is great.

Positive: Everything was fantastic. Best location, great view, peaceful and safe. Negative: There was only one front desk person who was not as pleasant as the rest. All the restaurant staff were incredible and very friendly and helpful.

Came here only because got used to it. The staff were not friendly this afternoon. With a very very unwilling hello, the staff member didn’t even look up. looked at her screen during the whole conversation, she very unwillingly booked me in. The accesible room is super small, no room to turn around with your wheelchair. There’s a double bed, designed for 2 people. There’s garbage still in the bin. the carpet smells like mold, and looks dirty. The shower is super uncomfortable. Last time we were here there was a drunk person yelling in the yard at 2 am. This might be the last time we stay here. Great view and access to the marina though.

This is your average hotel, what you are paying for is the location and the views. You are within 20 minutes of a ton of cities. The marina and walking trails are gorgeous. The only drawback is they don't have black out curtains. I was on the East side of the building and by 620 in the morning, my room looked like it was noon. You will definitely wake up with the sun.
