Today 18 JAN 2025 NOT Resolve , NO FIX IT , At first, it would seem to be a good low-cost stay... Relatively new rooms, friendly service... however I left a day early due to my return flight being advanced... I went to Mr. Patel ( Manager) requesting the checkout and the refund of the US$50.00 that was paid on my international platinum card, he said that everything was fine, that the refund would be on my card in two weeks... but it didn't happen. .. SRo. Patel resolve this awkward situation Fix This. Immediately... The amount on my card had not yet been withdrawn according to your word... Fix that Mr. Patel.. bad impression...

I was there on Saturday the 28th, I left on Sunday the 29th, they charged me 50 deposit before I left, I told them to please see the room, everything is fine so they could give me the full deposit back! He told me, no problem, everything is fine! Now they are only giving me $47.50 for the deposit because they say I stole some towels they are stealing from the client

Buena relación precio calidad para una parada en el camino. Llegamos a la noche y nos fuimos a la mañana siguiente. El personal que nos atendió no se esforzó mucho.
Of course I speak English. I worked more than 30 years as an English>Spanish translator. We were 4 people traveling during 24 days in USA and had no problem with any of our cards and your inn was the first stop. You are thinking on a wrong customer or you lie. It seems to me that you don't care about who wrote this review.

My family of 6 (with 4 young children) found the room clean, comfortable, and adequately sized. We booked the double-queen room. Location was great and had convenient freeway access in 2 directions. Walking distance to great restaurants/cafes. Other clientele were friendly, if a bit rough. Looked like a lot of traveling tradesman were staying there. Felt safe. Enjoyed our stay.

Great customer service. I've known the place for many years. They are very attentive and are pleased to assist at any moment. The woman who cleans the room does a terrific job and always leaves the room spotless and up to standards. The new remodeling of the room is also a plus to all rooms. This is definitely a great place at an affordable price; for your overnight stay leaves.

I chose this place because it had the best reviews with a reasonable price, close to Rosie the Riviter WW II National Memorial. It is basic accommodations. The neighborhood is iffy. The lady at the front desk was very helpful. I had a very nice room. Looked remodeled. No elevators. No breakfast. Coffee is in the room. I had a tv, frig, microwave, and a queen size bed. Very comfortable. I could hear the street noise. I slept fine.

I rate the room and hotel at 3 1/2 stars. It was clean and comfortable. I slept 😴 well.
Nothing special- did have a couch, small fridge and microwave. Cost after all fees was 150 for 2 people on a Saturday night.

I should have turned around and looked elsewhere when we got to the front window. The check in desk was glass with a slide for passing the payment. I had to request the clerk get off her phone to serve us. The ad said 28 rooms with microwave and fridge. My husband and I were put up in an ugly pink building behind the pictured building. No fridge, no microwave, no Hand towels. Turned on the television to a full shot of porn. Couldn't get it turned off. I think this is a hotel you rent rooms by the hour.... Afraid to leave and request a refund because they already had my credit card number. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The door to our room looked like it had been broke into and had not seen a paint brush in many years. Box springs had a horrible brown stain. Blanket and bedspread were questionable as to when they were last washed. Sheets were clean. Towels nicely folded and clean. Carpet appeared newer and clean. Heard traffic even though at the back of building, next to the Tattoo Parlor.:(
