I am very very disappointed by the stubbornness of the front door staff and their weird policy. I wanted to reserve a room here but have been wanting to visit it personally and check out the facility because online pictures don't give you the feel for spaciousness. What it looks in pictures, often look very different in reality. I just wanted to see a dorm which had no guest in there. He didn't show me because the dorm was being cleaned. I asked him to take a quick look from outside the door. It was rejected for a lame reason that just the way we don't show dirty house to our guests, we don't wanna show you dirty room. He would not have shown me the room regardless if it was clean or dirty. This tells me that they are hiding something and that their rooms are really bad and they don't justify the high rates that they charge.

They also are disrespectful to their future customer's time. I told him that I am a busy person and specially made time today to check out the facility. Anyways, he put a damper to my enthusiasm. I don't think, that I will ever stay here or recommend it to my friends.

They lack empathy, big time.
