We really got a lot for our money. Our large family was able to stay comfortably in a two queen suite. Everything was clean and comfortable and easy to navigate in the hotel. We enjoyed the pool in the evening and breakfast in the morning. There were many restaurants nearby for easy takeout for dinner. A couple of kids forgot their toothbrushes and the front desk had complimentary ones that were easily available. Overall we had a great stay that was affordable and comfortable for our family.

The staff were exceptionally helpful. We were in town for a basketball tournament. Had booked an air bnb and when we arrived to it, there was no heat, it was 43 degrees in the house. They were unable to get the heat issue resolved. Didn't figure we would find any hotel with rooms, but Holiday Inn had a couple rooms left. We were going to have to move rooms for the second night as our rooms were already booked, but the staff was able to adjust and keep us in our rooms for two nights. They also allowed us to use their conference room for a team dinner. Staff was very friendly and helpful, helped alleviate the stress of a bad start to our weekend. Would stay again if in Hermiston again.

The experience here was very good. If there was even a small spot with grass for our service animal to relieve herself it would have been excellent. The best thing I can say about this hotel was the staff going above and beyond in their service. The breakfast are la was wonderful, the housekeeper was excellent but Claudia at the front desk truly went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We have stayed at this hotel several times and always enjoy our stay. We love the beds and bedding. Super comfortable! And the amenities in the room are perfect. Very convenient location with lots of eating options nearby.

The experience we had here was almost perfect. I say almost because although there is a no pet policy, there are times like ours where we have a service animal for a disability. While we were accepted with no problem there was no spot on the property for us to bring our dog to relieve herself. We were forced to drive to a park several miles away several times a day and into the evening. That being said, the hotel itself was wonderful. Great room, excellent breakfast and the best thing about the hotel was the front desk clerk Claudia. She truly went above and beyond to make sure our stay met all our needs.

The customer service at check-in was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. They worked to get us the best room for a good price. The staff made sure we had everything we needed. This was a good experience.

The breakfast was good. The room was clean. They said the pool was 80 degrees but it was closer to 60 degrees. Asked if they could turn up the heat and they said they couldn’t. The hotel is right on the main road in town so traffic can be easily heard.

The room itself was spacious. The bed quite comfortable; though, I personally do not care for kingsize pillows so would prefer option of choice on pillows. The coffee was delicious which is a good thing as definitely needed after a basically sleepless night as the traffic noise was horrendous. Sound insulation definitely needed! What is an otherwise quite good hotel is negated due to the noise.
