The rooms are spacious, the kitchen is stocked with everything you need. The room was clean but we did find a stray sock in the washing machine. The dryer didn't work so after 3 attempts at trying to get our clothes dry, we hung them in the bathroom and were not able to wear them that day. The location is beautiful and quiet. Absolutely loved waking up in the morning to a gorgeous view. The biggest downside is that they charge for wifi.

Want to give a HUGE shout out to the managers, Tinaka and Michele. First off, the place is beautiful and the rooms were great! We had an issue due to cancellation of flights which caused an huge mess for us and the managers helped us through this. They went above and beyond and I can’t thank them enough! We will definitely be back!

Showers need to be updated 😝 with removable shower heads. The shower with a seat was in the upstairs bathroom? People who need a shower seat will likely stay in the downstairs. Beautiful area, friendly staff 😁

Great all contained resort good for families, couples or group get togethers. The dining is good however the menu is limited for all three meals. Our two bedroom condo was very comfortable and had washer/dryer, full kitchen and a NGAS BBQ on deck which was great! The walking paths are superb with much wildlife to witness.

Easy access to Lava Beds. Missed Crater Lake due to snow. Best to come March-Sept for Crater Lake views. Ice skating rink, golf and spa on site. Lots of nature trails and bird watching nearby.

Absolutely magnificent place, the two-bedroom apartment we had was extremely strong built with rock solid walls and floors, no hint of noise from anywhere. Loved the room darkening shades in the bedroom. Great kitchen with EVERYTHING including cookie sheet, pizza pan, casserole dishes, along with all the usual stuff and they had some awesome cookware. I always bring my own frypan so I'm not dealing with scratched teflon, but they had a kind of nonstick that was awesome and better than mine. Over under washer dryer maybe the best machines I've ever used that got my clothes cleaner than at home or commercial, not kidding. Couch legit water repellent fabric, so spills wiped right up. Very strong deck with great barbeque. Downers - toilets rather old and hesitant, and we were invited to walk to the office for a plunger (which we had to keep using the whole week). Showers are the high pressure that scours your skin off your face and chest. Some in my family like that kind of thing apparently. Huge water heater but it did go cold for me once. I prefer a milder stream of water that can stay warm longer. There's a lack of design for strollers or luggage carts. No way to a level sidewalk to the elevator except squeezing between parked cars. (That was building 2)
Two doorknobs falling off in the kitchen, screws were too small for the knobs. I fixed it by folding strips of plastic candy wrapper over the threads. They're solid now 🙂
Pool was great, loved everything about the pool area. Fantastic big well-designed hot tub and enjoyable large pool. They have floaties and swimmy diapers for sale. Downer, the lady who took our key card for the locker, when we were ready to leave shuffled through cards, "I think this one's yours" yeah, but it was not. Trip to the office for a new one. Better to give her your ID if she'll let you, so you can get the right one back.
Walking paths are just awesome, choices for everyone's ability. I did the 3 mi loop a couple times and that was really fun with only a few mild elevation changes and AMAZING scenery to look at, and nice houses to comment on. Nice wide open bathroom in the spa building. Only problem, one sidewalk leads nowhere, simply ends at the four way stop at the entrance with nowhere safe to walk except turn around and go back. No crosswalks, "yield to traffic" everywhere. Must not be too dangerous as there were four deer right there in the bushes, two of them lying down, that was cool.
Horsey rides were great. Overall we loved it and had a GREAT time!

We arrived at the WorldMark Running Y Klamath Falls, OR on a Sunday after about a six-hour drive. Check-in was smooth, refined, quick, and we got to our beautiful one-bedroom quickly. Did we absolutely make the right choice to stay at the WorldMark Running Y!! The condo and deck were gorgeous and though it was a bit out of Klamath Falls, the setting was perfect. Our condo was incredibly quiet, every other guest we encountered was respectful and courteous. We found one of the best Chinese food restaurants (and I am from the Bay Area) ever for our first dinner. Our hour or so drive to the unbelievably beautiful Crater Lake, our first time there, was easy and everyone needs to see this jewel of the lower Pacific Northwest.||Our checkout was equally quick and efficient. The staff were fantastic and we cannot recommend more highly this property to see this most beautiful part of our wonderful United States of America!||Thank you WorldMark Running Y Klamath Falls, OR for a fantastic place to vacation!!

This resort is beautiful and has great amenities! The rooms are spacious and have everything you need. There is no timeshare push, which we have experienced many times at other Worldmark resorts. The staff was great and very nice. We had a room overlooking the golf course and it was an amazing view from the 2nd floor. We are already planning our next stay here!
