Mrs. Melissa was incredibly friendly and very helpful! She gave us an amazing deal for our stay. The hotel is kept looking and smelling nice, the rooms are spacious and nice, and the staff are very friendly and helpful! We appreciate Mrs. Melissa, as well as all of the staff. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Ms. Elizabeth and her team here were so helpful and friendly! I stayed at this location for a month and I had no issues! My room was nice, the staff was friendly, and the hotel was convenient to the interstate! My kids and I really enjoyed our stay here. I appreciate their professionalism and hospitality here!

I have stayed at this hotel twice. Once a few years ago and then here recently. My experience this time has been nothing less than amazing! Amazing , friendly and helpful staff. Melissa has always helped and answered all questions that I have had! I truly thank this staff and hotel for not just looking at me as a guest but overall as family. Come in as strangers and leaving as family! Clean rooms. Nice laundry rooms. Nice vending machines. If ever needed , I will be back !

My work travels have found me back in Tuscaloosa and Melissa and her team are continuing to improve the huge undertaking that was Woodspring Suites Tuscaloosa. Extended Stay Americas high standards and values are definitely showing through with the new staff additions and all new bedding. It’s actually a comfortable night at what used to be a Tuscaloosa worst. Bravo to someone who is a change ambassador.

Amazing staff!!! Amazing front desk management!! Would definitely recommend staying here!! Miss Melissa is AMAZING and is so sweet and helps everyone as much as she can within her power! She’s the best! My stay here has been amazing thus far and continues to be. Elizabeth is also the sweetest and I hope neither of them go anywhere anytime soon. They go above and beyond and care so much about their guests. They treat us as if we’re family and I wouldn’t want it any other way. Continue being rockstars!

I just wanted to send Kudos to Melissa and her team at Extended Stay America in Tuscaloosa. I had a maintenance request over the weekend that though it could not be immediately rectified, it was addressed promptly and professionally. Hotels don’t typically stock air conditioning units in their maintenance department so waiting was something on a sold out football and holiday weekend that I was ok with. A simple work around actually fixed the problem but I kid you not, Melissa and Tony had a new air conditioner for me by lunch time yesterday. As a long term guest, I opt out of daily housekeeping service but when I need something Dani and her team exhibit the same professionalism and since of urgency that should be seen in any hotel not just a full service hotel. As someone who has been in transition with my role at work and uncertain where I will land long term, I appreciate the value of having a friendly staffed desk, on site maintenance and staying on a well managed property. This property has definitely made me brand loyal to the ESA family of brands, I had a terrible stay at another property earlier this year and the team and amenities here definitely have convinced me that was a one off. GREAT JOB ESA TUSCALOOSA.

This place is really amazing. Very quiet, very very nice front desk ladies. Very clean, very quiet, very friendly. Mrs. Melissa is amazing!!! She is a very friendly person and goes out of her way to make sure your stay is perfect!!! I love this place so much!!! Safety is very important and I definitely feel safe here all the time!!! I’m going to give zero stars the reason I say this is because when I first got there, I had to clean the room up. It had onion peels in the dresser, refrigerator, dirty tub, dirty and they also charges for everything besides tissue then not only that for one plate, one fork one spoon mug knife, fork they charge $20 for that and one skillet one pack for $40 and the workers they are OK but the manager Miss Melissa she was overcharging us and we found out one day and we caught on to eat and she threatened to call the police And she got me and my wife bored from the hotel because we caught her in a Lie and we had asked her for corporate number she gave us the wrong number so I had to find it myself and I called them. They said they didn’t even see where we was paying and one day. The lady charged us three times the same payment in one day so we confronted her about it again and she called the police. She is very rude and I feel like she is on drugs or pills and I am still pushing the issue with corporate because I have all my receipts and video recordings of her saying is one price this day and the next price the next day like she was just putting prices on the rooms and we was keeping up with how much we owed she stayed up there knocking on the door every morning around 9 o’clock sometimes 8 o’clock just to mess with us. She is a trip. I recommend to watch her and to keep up with all of your receipts and record every conversation y’all have with her .
