This was just supposed to be a passing thru place to sleep, but we really loved this resort. We'll choose this place every time we pass thru. Friendly, personable staff. So beautiful inside and out. The bed was a little firm for me, but my husband loved it. Great water pressure in the shower. And breakfast was fantastic! All around happy!

My wife and I stay here whenever we drive between Northern CA and the Bend area, where we live. It's slightly off the beaten path (hwy. 97) but well worth the short drive west of town. The rooms are nice and the lodge is cozy & comfortable. Treat yourself to a suite. They're comfy and well appointed. Outlets and lights where you need them, which really helps. The restaurant & bar onsite is real good for lunch, dinner and drinks. We've never had a bad meal. Service is superb throughout. It's also a pet friendly property, which we like since we sometimes have our small dog. Occasionally there might be a brief ruckus in the lobby when canine strangers meet. But it's not really a big deal and we've never had a noisy night. The fitness center is very good too. Definitely a notch above the cookie cutter hotels in town and priced competitively.
It's a winner.

Beautiful property- enjoyed the walking paths and amenities. Enjoyed the gym and the sauna. Big thank you to Ray working the bar at the ruddy duck. He remembered us every night we stopped by, made us feel special, and offered the best customer service!

My review is mixed like most on this place. There are some positives and negatives during my review. First lets be positive:||Positives:|Location- It is in a beautiful setting outside of town. Very peaceful|Staff- Specifically the dining room staff and housekeepers. Always smiling and positive.|Grounds- Great walking trails, ice skating, fitness center. ||Negatives:|Front desk staff. Upon check in I was informed I was going to be 3 nights in an ADA unit. I was not told when booking the room I would be put in an ADA room. When I asked to be transferred to a non ADA I was basically told by a young man behind the desk that they had a conference going on and that "I was just lucky to have a room". Oh really? Is that has customer service works. Your not lucky to have my business, I'm lucky to get a room?|Kitchen: First make sure if you want to get dinner you order by 7:45 PM. And since your far from town your pretty much stuck with eating there. Thats ok. However I ordered their pasta dish for dinner one night. It says you can add sausage to it for $4. I asked the server if I could add chicken instead. He said "they dont like doing that but Ill ask" He goes in kitchen, comes out 2 minutes later and says "sorry, they cant do it". However if you turn back the page and look under salads and particularly the Ceaser Salad guess what you can add? Chicken! Pretty ridiculous||There are other things you can nitpick about like the aged rooms and furnishings but overall the only reason they are doing well is location location location. You cant beat it. You put this same place in town and its a regular 2.5 star hotel. I have to go back a few more times to Klamath Falls and I will be staying at the Marriott in town. Again great location, and most employees very cheerful and kind. I would give the front staff a thumbs down, they do not seem to know they are in the hospitality business and it starts with their front desk manager who comes off as a rules meister. It was just the kind of place where you hear "no" a lot.||I would say the mixed reviews on the platform are spot on. It could be so much more if not for some of the the negative attitude there

I really enjoyed my stay here . The property is well kept & the staff is all friendly & helpful . My second floor suite was very spacious and had a balcony overlooking the golf course. I stayed only one night on a quick work trip but would love to come back again some time and explore the rest of the ranch & golf course. Dinner at the Ruddy Duck in the lobby was also top notch. Thank you again to George & the rest of the staff for being such excellent hosts .

Came in for a quick weekend trip from Nevada and absolutely enjoyed this place, every staff member was nice and helpful, the little market is very nice too, my kids got so excited to see Mule deer. Check in was smooth and even told us about attractions near. The pool, hot tub, and small wading pool we're really nice and beautiful views to the outside. They even have a few toys and life vest if you need it's a little off the beaten path but super worth the few minutes to drive out of town. Our room had a BBQ on the balcony so we brought some steaks. Waking up in the snow was awesome. We will definitely be coming back in the summer!!

I stayed in a cabin affiliated with the Resort and attended an event in on of the meeting areas. We really enjoyed our cabin and the resort is very a picturesque and beautiful nature scene! The weather was wonderful most of the time we were there. It was conveniently located not too far from town. I enjoyed the little store even though some things were kind of expensive. We ate at the Ruddy Duck one night. I thought the menu was very limited and it was okay but not the quality the price of the meals. We were going to get a late lunch one of the days we were there so we checked your website for hours the mobile grille was open and headed over to discover that they decided to close early that day. So we had to go into town. I was really surprised at the lack of food options available at the Resort. The website implied that there were more choices available. The meeting rooms were nice and the employees that I engaged were very helpful and courteous!

We rented a cabin here for Thanksgiving. We were excited upon pulling in because the location is beautiful. At check in and we were immediately surprised to find on they had tacked on hidden fees that were not listed when we booked the reservation.... I showed the front desk our reservation online and the confirmation email which did not state anything about a cleaning fee. The fee should be disclosed when the reservation is made. The check-in person was rude and uncaring.
We got keys and drove to our cabin only to find it was 45° inside. The outside temperature was 28°, so not much of a difference. We called the front desk they said they would send a maintenance man. It took 1 hour for someone to arrive from maintenance. The temperature was barely above freezing and they could not have cared less. The maintenance person tinkered with the heater for a good 40 minutes before calling the front desk and asking them to place us in another room. The second cabin was not as nice and had a weird smell to it.
There are no apologies made, it wasted our entire afternoon, I will never stay here again and would not recommend it to friends or family.
