To start… when I got there the front desk associate couldn’t check me in… she kept saying the payment from the booking agent was failing. I’m not sure whose fault it was but at that point I decided to cancel with the third party and book directly with the hotel against my better judgment since the hotel was filled with what appeared to me stragglers and the overall the vibe just seemed off.

We get to our first room and the keys would not work so my husband had to go down and get more keys which also didn’t work. The associate at that time reassigned us to another room….

After 2 hours trynna check in, The beds in the now “new” room were made but that’s it… room smelled like urine, the head boards were nasty, the floor filthy, there were dried roaches on the wall where they had been smashed and left there. At this point my family is exhausted so I just sent for Clorox, Lysol, and a plug air freshener to do my own cleaning. I cleaned the best I could…now what do you imagine would happen next? The TV doesn’t work. So now I’m the front desk associate has to roll a TV from another room while I’m trying to bathe my three babies. Awkward!

Now it’s the next morning and my husband has to leave for work, because we are on a business trip after all… so it can’t get any worse right? Oh nothing just the entire hotel lost power. So here I am stuck in this hell hole with no power and three babies.

At this point I request a check out and full refund from the lady at the front desk, only to call the reservation line hours later to verify a refund was never processed and to call back on Monday to the corporate line because the actual property is unable to receive calls.

This hotel needs to be reported and put out of business. Filthy, unethical, and unsafe. I will be contacting my lawyer on Monday morning as my babies have been traumatized by this horrific and terrorizing experience.

This is my first time staying in a Extended Stay America Hotel, and I must admit a lot of the rules caught me off guard. You have to pay for your room to be cleaned separately from the cost of the room. You have to ask for toilet paper. If you don't pay, you will have to wash your own linen, there are no extra pillows and the beds are uncomfortable. We were moved to another room due to a leak, and that bed was very comfortable. No swimming pool, you know it has been in the 90's here. One thing I can say is the free internet, TV, and AC units got an A+.
The refrigerator and range top and microwave were all very clean. A+
The bathroom was spotless. A+
The housekeeping crew did a great job on first appearances.
The rooms were fresh not musty despite dogs in the building. You just couldn't tell they were there.
Air freshener all down the hallway kept it fresh even if the smokers came back up from outside.
The grounds were clean except for the overflowing back garbage.
Smoking was in the back of the building, which was fine.
I must say this is an experience.
For the cost of the room, it should have had more amenities. For one more channels to choose from, but it did feel like home.
The management was excellent. Everytime I asked for something they were always willing to help.
The cost to wash clothes is $3 and $3 to dry. Not to bad.
Overall nice place to stay.

I truly am enjoying my stay. It is very quiet and peaceful no problems no issues. Everything is clean but the main thing is the management. The lady that runs this hotel is one of the most outstanding human beings I have ever met. She is nice and polite helpful in every way, and I truly believe she would do anything to help anybody. you don’t come across people like her very much. She is one of the best managers I have ever seen.

Oh boy. Where do I start? We arrived at 6:30pm to check in. Upon walking through the entrance, we were hit with an overwhelming smell that was similar to a nail salon. Chemicals that burn your eyes and nose! (Later heard her tell a little girl, who was telling her the smell was in her room, that she does nails) We stood at the front counter for a couple of minutes before I finally called out "hello?" She then came out. Besides the initial first impression, she was very nice and pleasant. She informed us that she couldn't put us in our original room due to the air being broken. We appreciated that, but we specifically booked a room with 2 beds and she got us a room with a double and a couch. Whatever. We can make that work but not ideal. Heading up to our room on the 4th floor, we got in the elevator and it was so sticky like syrup was all over the floor. Get off the elevator to our room and head in. Big room but that's it. Only wall decoration, ONLY personality in the room to make it feel cozy is a13×20 framed picture of leaves. The refrigerator has rust marks, usually caused by moisture, all over the front of the room. My husband had to go back down to get linens for the couch pullout. There are absolutely no toiletries besides a bar of hand soap. We can handle a room that doesn't have much for accommodations. We can handle a room that shows normal wear and tear. We are generally easy going guests. We are only here for 1 night. But this morning when we went to go shower, there was no shower curtain or rings. My husband went down to the front desk to find that no one is available until 10 am. Check out is 11. There is a number you're advised to call, which is an invalid extension. So are we supposed to shower and get the floor wet? Daughter went to turn on the shower and the entire handle came off! So what I can deduce this to is that this room was not an intended room to be used. Yet here we are. And we don't even have staff to help us through this. All I can do is laugh it off and decide to not stay here ever again. Not a great way to run a hospitality business.

I dont even know where to begin. Check in went fine, got up to my room, no towels. Tried to call down to the front desk, no answer. This was on a Sunday. Wednesday, i sat a small bag of trash outside my room door for the housekeeper to pick up, others were doing it, so i figured thats what we were supposed to do if we were there for a while and housekeepers wasnt coming to clean the rooms everyday. Went to work, got back that evening and the bag of trash had been put back in my room. Next day, there was a letter posted everywhere that we take our trash to the dumpster, not that i have a problem with that, it should have been told to us on check in. I was there for 2 weeks, i paid for a whole month, not 1 night was i able to get a full nights rest because of people fighting in the room next to me and they would move out to the hall then other guest would go out and it really got loud. Several times i tried to call the front desk, never could get an answer. Apparently, they have people that actually live there full time. No matter where you walked, it smelled like pot. I travel for work, i stay in a lot of hotels, and usually, if there is an extended stay, thats where i go. But i will never stay at this one again and would definitely not recommend anyone to stay there. In the 2 weeks i was there, not one time did anyone come bring fresh sheets, fresh towels, nothing. I went and bought a set of sheets and luckily, i had towels in my suitcase. Just very disappointed that an ESA is in this kind of shape.

It's not a bad hotel but it's definitely not as nice as advertised. Ended up pay way more than advertised just for the fire alarm to go off every hour, all night long.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed at. I stayed for 2 weeks. I checked out 2 days early and I was charged 190 dollars for checking out early. That's bull. Literally no other hotel I've stayed at has done that. Never stay here. Go somewhere else
