Very friendly staff! The room was super clean, comfy beds, pillows. Breakfast was stocked clean and a the waffles were great. Indoor Pool is just what we needed, to keep the kids happy! 10/10 will recommend and being staying here anytime I’m in Klamath falls.

Positive: The staff were just wonderful. Hotel employee were great. The bed was soo comfortable. The pool felt incredible after a very long day. Negative: The breakfast didn't have any protein to choose from. No eggs or meat.

All the staff at this hotel was amazing and very friendly and helpful. I stayed for 2 weeks. Some issue with the cleanliness of the rooms, the floor towels turned black on the floor after they got wet.

Breakfast was hit or miss, sometimes everything was watered down- juice, coffee, milk, waffle batter. There was cereal and bagels, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, apples also.

The area might be a bit shady though, heard yelling a couple of nights from someone down the road like they were going through something or seeing things.

Located on a busy street, this Quality Inn was reasonably priced and centrally located for our visit with family, which is why I chose it. The hotel looked promising and appeared to be recently remodeled, but looks are deceiving.
Check in was easy and the staff was friendly, but that was the end of our good experience.
The room was musky and smelled like cigarettes. It does look recently remodeled, but everything is cheap. The floor was filthy, leaving feet and socks black after walking on the vinyl floor and the bathroom had black spots everywhere and hair in the shower. After one use of the shower, the bathroom flooded as water leached up from the tile.
The free breakfast was alright, standard cold foods with a waffle maker with a broken timer. The staff manning the breakfast was very friendly.
Housekeeping skipped our room 4 of the 5 days we were there forcing us to bring our dirty towels to the front desk to get clean towels and toilet paper.
The pool was one of the few redeeming attributes of the hotel. It is indoor and seems to be well maintained. They were out of pool towels one the days we were staying. The pool is not heated, despite that being in the description.
We will not be coming back to this location, which is unfortunate because I've had great stays at hotels associated with Choice Hotels. Pay a little more and go to a different hotel.

Positive: Love the remodel and the beds were so comfortable. Negative: The shower curtain sticks to you when you shower and is cold. A plastic/glass one would be better, although it looks nice it is difficult to shower in because of the curtain.

Positive: "" Negative: They make you pay a $300 damage deposit. If you use your card they take it before you even check out. Then it won?t be back in your bank account for 5-10 business days. That?s unexpectable to take the $300 before checking out. It?s not posted anywhere
