The owner is an excellent man. The rooms look excellent and well taken care of by the caretakers usually everyone is nice there :). Hot tubs are my thing.

Its a great hotel water temperature isnt the best it needs to be raised the maids only clean rooms if they're empty which needs to be changed they should do it to all them unless asked not too by the person whos in the room the heater is amazing works great the trash is our job to take out even tho as a maid it should be their job to do so instead of the person paying for the hotel

It felt like a home away from home. I actually miss Krishan and Tabitha in addition to the professionalism of the owners. Thank you for making our transition safe and our journey filled with long lasting memories. Miss you all. I appreciate all that you did for my family.

Location is fine. Service was friendly. The rooms though? Stay away with a ten foot pole. The room was uncomfortably warm. The fridge and stove oven was not washed for months. There was a nasty throat itchy smell to the place. I hope the owners revamp their establishment because it's unhospitable.

So, based on initial appearances as you pull in to the parking area (FYI very small) of this quaint inn; the place was tidy and clean, free of trash and debris. Also, what I did see of the room, appeared to be well managed and clean. Lastly, their prices were very reasonable, costing only about $80 for a 2 bedroom on a Friday night, not far from down town.

The Kings Row Inn is our home away from home & we enjoy coming here at least twice a month. We absolutely love the manager Krishon & the way he takes care of this place. The maid Tabatha does an excellent job keeping this place very clean and she goes out of her way to make sure our room is perfect before we arrive. We truly feel like family when we come here and between the two of them they go far above & beyond to make us feel welcome. Its super quiet, clean & a great place to stay that is close to all the places we love to explore on the weekends. We can't speak highly enough of Kings Row & we look forward to staying here again, always!

I had the pleasure of staying at the King Row Inn in Milwaukie, Oregon, and it was an absolutely delightful experience! The inviting, cozy and spacious atmosphere of our room, was more than I expected. You can tell the owner, manager and staff take pride in providing great service and hospitality. The entire property was spotless and tidy, and I am impressed by how well-maintained everything was, down to the smallest detail.

Kings row Inn, located off of McLoughlin, surroundings were absolutely quiet, serene and pleasant. Great accommodations and not to mention the ambiance of the inn were relaxing. Additionally, the convenient amenities and welcoming staff made the experience even more enjoyable.

The inn is affordable with a modern and stylish vibe. I can confidently say that my stay at the King Row Inn was a top-notch experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a clean, affordable, comfortable stay.

It could have been worse - the man, at the office, tried to be friendly and helpful....but: towels had not been changed, because the house keeper had not worked that day? We had booked for two person, why it was only prepaired for one? We asked for hot water in the morning, so we can have our own instan coffee and he want give us a cattle...that was friendly and we had been happy about, but...!!! All, he had found was a dirty old coffee maschine. That is not bad, but we got a cleaning rag and detergent with it!!! Why he could not clean it himsrlf, before he gave it to us. Not a good business behaviour
