What a great hotel! The staff at this hotel is awesome! They are friendly and helped my out when I didn't have a iron for my shirt!|Our room was a double queen and it was large and spotless clean with tons of space for my laptop and all my chargers. The beds were clean and warm and our air-conditioning was powerful.|The shower is spacious and complete with Dove soaps and shampoo and pleanty of fresh clean towels.|The fitness center has benches, cable machines, dumbells, a bike and treadmills. |The free breakfast was hot and fresh with eggs, waffles, omelets, bagels, oatmeal coffee and tons of other yummy stuff.|The location is great with a Perkins in the same parking lot and a higher end steak house across the street. Plus, all.of Rapid City right down the road.|Also, there is a incredible water park attached to the hotel but I was there on business and didn't have time to visit but I am sure it was awesome just like everything else at this hotel!|I loved my stay and I will.definately stay here next time I am in Rapid City!!

We ran into a bit of a pickle when we checked in, as our party ended up having an extra person, meaning we needed a last-minute reservation change. The front desk was quick to accommodate us and even took care to ensure we had rooms next to each other. Rooms were fairly standard, but clean. The highlight was the water park (which we found out was only $15 per person after 6pm!) which our entire family loved. The breakfast in the morning was also fantastic.
Location is perfect for exploring South Dakota. We were able to travel to Deadwood, Black Hills, and the Badlands easily without having to book multiple hotels. Great location and the customer service went above and beyond to make sure we had our needs met.
The only reason I gave 4 stars is because it would have been nice to have a room option that sleeps 6 for larger families instead of having to book 2 rooms.

Totally satisfied with our 3 day stay here. Everything was above my expectations. We were upgraded, don't know why but was pleasantly surprised. Beds were comfy and clean. Breakfast was great. Location was perfect for all the places we visited. If I had to complain, it was the water pressure in the shower. But all the pluses outweigh that.
Will stay there again.

This was a nice place to stay, especially for a family...and especially if you are using the water park which is joined to the hotel. (You have to buy admission)

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially when there was a slight issue with the room (smell). They did all they could to help and gave us passes to the waterpark which was very kind of them!

The rooms and big and clean. Microwave, fridge and multi charging station. Handy! Quiet hotel too and a short drive to shops and restaurants.

The breakfast was sugar galore and for a non American I got a shock when I saw it, but was told this was normal...
I did find some porridge and an apple, so that was lucky. Otherwise, go hard on the pancakes and waffles and sugar cereal if that takes your fancy!

It was a nice place to call home for a few days.

This is my third trip to the Black Hills but first time staying here. We will definitely stay here again! The staff is so incredibly friendly and if you have kids they'll have a blast!
Two employees really stood out; Cheyenne in the arcade area made my son feel so special, she went above and beyond to see him happy and I cannot thank her enough! And the gentleman bussing tables at the included breakfast in the morning would keep the waffles going and offer them up to anyone who was walking by. He also gave me an easier water fill option for water bottles. Both these people went above and beyond and have earned my future business.
Rooms were nice but nothing super special. But like I said, we'd be happy to stay here again.
We took our dog with us and the pet fee was very affordable at $25 a night.
Grabbed a late McDonald's dinner and brought it back to the hotel. 8 of us were traveling together and we really enjoyed the common space room so we could all eat together instead of taking it back to our own rooms.
The water park was enjoyed by young and old alike. It's not as big as a Great Wolf Lodge but it was hours of enjoyment. Although the food options in the water park were a little pricey.
Great place to stay, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here!!!

This hotel is one of my favorite places to stay while on the road! It’s easy to get, the rooms are nice and spacious, they have a great pet policy and fenced dog potty are that is really nice! I’ve never participated in the on site water park they have in their hotel, but it look amazing and very inviting! We will stay here again for sure!!!

Our stay was pretty amazing, we are a family of 5 and we did the 2 queen beds and added an extra bed after our first day for one of our kids. The room was super clean, the bathroom was nice, had a nice lighted mirror.

The location was great, not too far from Mount Rushmore, or restaurants. The pool was okay, our kids really liked it, so great for kids of all ages.

We would definitely stay here again!

Our stay here was wonderful! It started with the excellent customer service of Carlos and Dante at the front desk. Then, we were amply accommodated in our room. My husband's first words when he woke up were, "this bed is so comfortable."
The hotel has many amenities that made our stay very pleasant. You won't be disappointed with your visit to Rapid City.
