Very nice hotel in the south part of Beaverton. Room had lots of outlets for recharging electronics. Wifi was strong. Good selection of channels on the TV. There was a spacious desk with a pullout table and good lighting. Bathroom sink had counter space on both sides for my husband and me to put our toiletries. There were earplugs provided in case the train was a bother. I never heard a train at night. I live near a fire station so I'm used to some noise. Breakfast was very good. We prepaid for it and were happy with the selection. They also offer dinner items which were good. There are a wide selection of restaurants nearby on Scholls Ferry Road.

I go to a lot of Marriott’s and for the most part they are all good. However the night time front desk worker lady with the glasses was exceptional. She was so kind, and made sure all of our needs were met. As we waited in front area, I could tell she was very observant and attentive to everyone coming in.

She’s a keeper!

I'll start with the positives - the location was great and right next to the business park I was in town for. The bed was comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. LOVE the pelaton bike in the workout room, the workout room in general was huge and amazing. Check-in was easy and parking was always plentiful. I personally had no issues with the nearby train, I think the earliest one I heard was at 7:15AM and I didn't notice any going late into the night.

The negatives - as a woman travelling alone I REALLY hated how slowly the doors close on the rooms here. I'm assuming it's a feature to try to prevent doors from slamming shut and being loud but it made me super uncomfy to have it shut so slowly and resulted in me having to stand there and wait for it to close when entering or exiting the room. You couldn't force it to shut faster either. I also found the water in the shower to be a bit lukewarm if you shower at popular shower times.

Overall the hotel itself was fine but the door thing made me unlikely to return.

Nice room. Clean and typical Courtyard aesthetic. Shared work space in the middle. Look nice— didn’t use. Hotel is near the train tracks. Trains running early morning around 6 until 9 when I check out, a little loud. Don’t think the train run at night. The room I got gave early plugs so that’s nice of them.

Clean, comfortable room at a good price. It is near a train track, but they provide earplugs and the noise was not too bad even without them. Great place to stay when visiting the Ole Bole Troll.

Never offered an upgrade at check in which is standard as a gold Marriott member. They fail to tell you ahead of time that it is near a train that comes through regularly blasting it's horn and breakfast is an absolute rip off. $40 for 2 coffees, eggs and a small bowl of oatmeal. DONT stay here.

Location : This depends on the guest's purpose of visit, but mine was for business.Having said that, the nearby train rail which runs all day long including late-night and early-morning does not help (You can hear this from the entire hotel).There is a small pizzeria, which seems to be attracting the town's 'night-crowds', and you can hear their V8 muscle engine at late night, which also did not help (You only hear this from one side of the hotel).Other than those two noise issues, the hotel is located at a very quiet and calm part of the town neighboring to many business buildings.Cleanliness : It's been newly renovated not long ago and things are clean and tidy.However, the hotel only offers a light duvet so I pulled out the fleece like blanket from the closet and it had many strands of hair stuck to it. This was my second time staying here and I had this same experience the first time I stayed so it proves that the hotel does not wash these blankets.Service : Check-in & Check-out was smooth and staffs were friendly. Also, the room cleaning service was good.My only complaint is, that it does not offer a in-room slippers. I am fully aware of environmental issue regarding disposable products but this is only thing you really need from the hotel, and is very difficult to bring along &/ buy, when you are traveling. I completely agree with not offering tooth brush, hair comb, razor & etc. but I really wish and expect to be offered a pair of slippers from a premium brand hotel. I think Mariott is big enough to come up with a creative way to offer slippers to its guests for their comfort & conveniency, in a way that doesn't harm our environment.Facility : It has a nice lobby with large TV showing news or sports games. Offers a small snack bar with drinks. All clean and nice.Also has a fitness gym facility and a washing machine / laundry room. I only found out this time (2nd time staying here) but if I am back, I will be using them for sure.

The rooms were so nice and quiet. I slept so well my three nights I spent there. I loved that the parking lot was big, and was able to have my vehicle close to the exit near my room. The front desk staff were incredibly nice. I’m definitely going to be staying here again 😊
