My wife and I really enjoyed our 2 night stay. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating. We had the upstairs bedroom. Very roomy and private. Great view from the deck. And both breakfasts were delicious. Would definitely recommend staying here. Several good restaurants in Carlton, less than a 10 minute drive away.

Sue and Ralph are wonderful hosts. The home was super clean, we had a very spacious room, and the bed was super comfy. The home is located in a serene environment that is quite peaceful with great valley views. We especially loved the vineyard Q & A with Ralph.

We would highly recommend this B & B. The B & B is close to the town of Carlton which has outstanding eateries - try Cuvee (say hello to Henry the owner) and Park & Main across the street - you will not be disappointed. Enjoy!

Our hosts Sue and Ralph were very accommodating and pleasant. Their home is in the middle of a vineyard, so a very unique location.|After a very hearty and delicious breakfast prepared by Sue, we wandered among the grapevines. It was almost harvest time, so grapes were everywhere.|Our bedroom was roomy, though the queen-size bed seemed a bit small (we have king-size at home).

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Yamhill Bed & Breakfast. Sue, the host was awesome! She help us plan our wine tastings and gave us excellent recommendations for dinner spots. We loved her breakfast each morning and the time spent with her talking over breakfast. Such a delightful place. Thank You Sue!!!

This was a very nice B&B to call home during our recent trip to Willamette Valley. Sue prepared an absolutely wonderful breakfast every morning. She was very interested in what we wanted to do while visiting. Each morning after breakfast she presented us with more than enough options on how to spend our day doing the things we wanted to do. She even had complimentary gift cards for wine tastings, which were wonderful and most enjoyable. Our room and their entire home was immaculate. What a relaxing place to stay if you are in the Yamhill, OR, area to check out the wines. Ralph and Sue are excellent hosts of a super relaxing place to stay for a few days. We stayed two nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Ralph and Sue...they are excellent hosts. We enjoyed Ralph's vineyard tour...he is down to earth and very knowledgeable in the grape growing business. Very informative. Sue runs a very nice B&B operation. The home is clean and well maintained. She is extremely knowledgeable on activities in the area and willingly shares with guests.... as a special plus, her breakfasts are super!!!

Absolutely gorgeous property right in the heart of wine country, If looking for a one night stay or multiple can't go wrong. Mins away from Carlton and 10-15 from McMinnville makes it the perfect location regardless what you chose to do. The property is very clean and the hostess couldn't be nicer, amazing breakfast as well. Will definitely be staying there again.

This was a great place to stay yon the heart of the Willamette Valley. Central to everything, Sue & Ralph were such nice hosts. The breakfast was delicious and they went out of their way to help you. They are such nice people that go out of their way to make you feel welcomed.
