I had a deeply troubling experience with the front desk staff at this hotel. I was being followed by someone i knew and felt unsafe, so I specifically told the front desk to prevent the person who was trying to find me from entering the building, the elevator, or having any connection to my room. After being away for about 30-40 minutes, I asked if the person had entered, and the front desk assured me they hadn't. However, I later saw that person inside the building.

The hotel staff completely disregarded my request and failed to protect my privacy or safety. This is unacceptable, and I feel the hotel does not prioritize guest security at all. If you value your privacy and safety, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Edit: I only felt comfortable posting about this now because of the situation. This did not happen just today.

This place is falsely advertised online. It states there is a spa, there was no spa. The images show that every room has a bath tub. No, only one room does and it's the disability room. There's this massive amount of space in the room where a tub could have gone. Instead a tiny bathroom with the sink on the outside. On another note everyone that works there is super nice and helpful. The location isn't bad, 30 min with traffic to downtown. Parking is convenient as well and it was easy to find. The room were very clean as well and everyone passing you says hi. Considering the first two points I made. I will not be returning.

The front desk manager Ihman) was the nicest person I have met throughout my hotel stays. Her smile and positive attitude was infectious and it made my stay here pleasant. We had a conference here and the rest of the staff were real friendly as well. But she definitely stood out.

Building is old and requires renovation, but room distribution is great, having hand wash separated from toilet. Great location near shopping malls. Internet is not reliable. Breakfast is with additional cost but same quality as an included one. Seriously looking for a different location next time

I love that it's all digital l. I was able to check in and out without meeting anyone. As if I was just at my second home. Rooms were decent. I had one encounter with the front desk. She was not very friendly but again I didn't really have too much contact with the staff. May mot be my first choice but, yes would stay there again.

So, my friend was staying here, and I came by to visit her. It was quite late, so I decided to stay the night with my service dog. Well, my dog woke me up at around 4:30 in the morning to go out and use the restroom. I got up, took her outside, and she finished her business. I started playing catch with her using a frisbee. Then, I looked over and noticed that the back window of my car was broken out, and a bunch of my belongings had been stolen. Everything was gone.

The person I stayed with promptly called the authorities, and they took pictures, fingerprints, and swabbed for DNA (since the value of the stolen items justified the use of advanced technology). The main item that was stolen was a remote control car that I had received as a gift from a close friend who had recently passed away. It held sentimental value for me. It’s incredible how lowlifes can be so careless and just take everything without regard for others.

Later that morning, the head lady called my friend’s room and asked her to come to the office. She did, and this woman had the audacity to accuse me of breaking into my own car because she didn’t want bad publicity at her hotel. But guess what? Another car had also been broken into that same night.

Furthermore, she revealed that she had harbored resentment towards me because I was a veteran. I couldn’t believe that someone could turn me into a racist because we were both from Iraq. She even suggested that my presence in the car, with Winchester-related items on the door, made me a bad person and a veteran. She implied that I was a bad person simply because I had my army keychain hanging from the rearview mirror.

I just wanted to share what happened because this woman took it way too far. I didn’t even blame the hotel for this incident. I find it deeply troubling that she made such a reckless decision and kicked me out of the premises solely based on her unfounded accusations. I was the one who lost out in the deal, not her. On a brighter note, DNA evidence has revealed a match, which will undoubtedly lead to a sensational secret indictment. I wish you all the best in your upcoming stay Please take precautions as the environment appears to be unsafe . For instance, two cars were broken into in a single night. It’s concerning to think about the extent of their cover-up and the possibility of their involvement in this criminal activity I say this because earlier that night I was speaking to the ground person and a maintenance worker, they were asking all about my remote control car. How much is it worth? What kind is it? They’re asking all sorts of questions about it kind of odd thinking back to it now. Maybe they’re all in on it. I don’t know. We will see.

Breakfast is great. The fitness center is a joke and the peloton bike they offered couldn’t even be used because it wasn’t connected to the network. I travel for work and select hotels with a peloton for my fitness. They didn’t show any concern in fixing it. Also the whole building feels like it’s half under construction with the paint job.

The front desk and management are completely delightful and accommodating. The rooms are sufficient and comfortable. I can only say I am sad about the bathroom renovations happening to seemingly all the hotels regardless of brand; they are consistently removing the bathtubs from all hotels. Which is a shame.
