El Sancho catered our reception at Aspen Hall last weekend and everyone loved it. We chose the El Jefe pkg; setup by them, and guests served themselves. The spice on the chicken and beef was fantastic; not too much but really flavorful. They were generous as well, which was appreciated. Rob was easy to work with and Charlene was very helpful at the event. A Taco Bar was a cool idea for a casual reception and it went great

We got the El Jefe catering package delivered to a park for our wedding weekend welcome dinner, and it was such a hit! Our guests raved about the food (we already knew it'd be great; El Sancho is one of our go-tos in town). Our attendant was great too, friendly and kept our setup stocked and tidy. Highly recommend the catering service!

Just had the most DELICIOUS drinks and eats at el sancho’s super secret side street. Really inspired menu, ordered seconds just so we could try more of these Japanese-Peruvian delights. Everything so fresh, made with love of food and flavor. Will be back for sure!!
