It's such a treat to visit this place! I've gone several times, and it's always been excellent. The staff and service are top notch (Quincy made our delicious food tonight, and is such a kind human), the ingredients are high-quality, and the portions are huge! The pho is delicious, and the noodle bowls are too. Great flavors, super fresh, and a lovely experience.

I always love a yummy bowl of Pho or salad rolls from Pho Viet & Cafe. Imagine my shock and excited to learn they have a location at The Grove!!! And it is open on Thursdays. The same yummy Pho! Same friendly staff !!! Only a lot more Boba options and did I mention open on Thursday!!!!! Swing in and say hello next time you are in the neighborhood.

The owner herself was disappointed in her work and gave me a very unnecessary refund for my smoothie boba (the ice had just melted completely but it was still very good lol) I have been here a couple of times for the food and will continue to come for the awesome service

Pho Viet & Cafe is an absolute treasure! The Tai Nam pho and Bun Bo Hue are beyond amazing—I still can’t believe I found such incredible BBH right here in Bend! The broth is so rich and flavorful; I couldn’t stop slurping it up!

And the drinks—my go-to is the mango green tea with lychee jelly, extra sweet (yes, I know, but it’s just too good to resist!). Every sip is pure joy! The customer service is just as wonderful; everyone is so friendly and fun to chat with.

Love this place! The owners and staff are so lovey and kind every time I come. The food is always delish. They are quick and so ontop of the service every time I’ve been!
