They don’t look like much, but I tell you what these rooms are cleaner than most rooms in a Hilton. The staff puts customers first and ensuring that any complaints that might arise or anything that is needed is handled quickly and very professionally The staff are easily to get along with very friendly and outgoing. I had a wonderful conversation with one of them and it was like I’ve known her for years, sharing our family, children where we grew up with one another .why my boyfriend was at work and I was at the motel room all day and she made the time go by quicker I made it a point to get to know me. We made good friends. I highly recommend this place if you guys want a friendly face and an overall great motel experience Clean friendly room service is amazing. five stars all the way around.

This hotel pricing was very affordable for the area. The property location is excellent for the budget minded traveler just needing a stress free environment for a night. Hotel is standard room and bed with amenities. Nothing fancy but safe and secure location with night staff at front desk. Walking distance to supplies and restaurants. Near theatres and entertainment. Rooms and furniture were clean and functional. The bed was better than I expected at the price range. Electrical outlets near bed and desk. The staff I worked with to book my group was excellent.

A very inexpensive motel in an otherwise expensive town. We have been staying here every winter for ski trips since 2016 when it was still the Econolodge. We have always experienced very friendly and helpful front desk staff, and the rooms are perfectly acceptable for the price. Obviously you can’t expect much for the price, but it is pet friendly, close to downtown (walkable!) and comfortable rooms with the basics. If you want luxury this is not it, but for a basic stay when you aren’t spending much time in your room, it’s perfect.

I was a long-time guest at Bend Inn and Suites, along with several coworkers. However, after a management change, the place quickly went downhill, with constant issues every week.

The final straw? I was at home when I got a notification that Bend Inn and Suites had charged my account without my consent, causing an overdraft. When I confronted them, they admitted it was a mistake—but instead of refunding me immediately, they paid me back in three separate installments over time. When I asked how they planned to fix their mistake, the manager’s response? “You can go somewhere else.”

Bend Inn and Suites has become a disaster. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Bend, go elsewhere.

I’ll be sharing this with my coworkers, and we’ll be booking a different hotel from now on. Good luck and beware!

For the dollar this is the place you want to stay at bar-none. Under solid ownership. Its welcome lit. It's structured to keep all smoking away from the building. No marijuana policy. Take it off of the property. Friendlyhelpful

The room wasn't even worth one star. The bed was extremely loud, like someone was bang on pipes. I've never heard anything like it in my life. Pillows were flat, and the underblanket was very itchy. The coffee was just gross. The room was dull and way overpriced. I would not recommend under any circumstance.

Upon check-in, the agent confrimed (final) room rate of $57.07 and promptly probed me to see if I "smoke anything." I agreed to amount and admitted that I smoke marijuana. The agent went on to explain that they have strict non-smoking policy and that if I wished to do so while staying at the hotel I would need to go off premise (or in my car) to smoke; eleborating that any violations may result in a $250 fee. This is certainly reasonable and I pride myself on being a respectful person, so I took care to obey this policy. While a guest, I smoked twice. Once after check-in and again prior to check-out. Both times I left premsise. Moreover, the hotel had incredibly low occupancy the entire time I was there and I never saw another guest my entire stay. All the same, I took care to follow the smoking policy. However, after checking out the hotel charged my card for an additional $250 anyway! Upon calling in to clarify/refute this charge, the hotel agent - instead of providing customer service - immediately began accusing me of "smoking in the room," that it "reeks of weed" and that housekeeping had to "leave ozone machines overnight" to take care of the smell and that as a result they weren't able to sell the room. First and foremost, that's absolutely false as I never smoked in the room! *As a smoker, it's possible my clothes/possessions smelled of marijuana but even that's a strech* Secondly, the agent's 'customer service' was downright apaulling! In addition to robbing, lying, and then proceeding to victim blame me, they also refused to (a) provide their name nor allow me to call them "ma'am" (b) confirm their position or direct me to a manager, then (c) abruptly ended the call once they started losing the argument and (d) refused to pick up again when I called back.

My bank says $250 (which overdrafted my account) is suspicious due to only having provided hotel my card once. Based on my bank's alarm and other reviews, this leads me to believe that this hotel is unconsentually copying/storing their guest's information. Super sketchy!

Very clean. Easy check in. Our go-to place in Bend for an overnight stay. Good value. Very secure. We felt comfortable that the chance of someone breaking into our vehicle was slim to none with all of the cameras on the property. Super friendly staff. Plenty of coffee in the room and good shampoo. Nice and quiet. Pet friendly with decent poop area.
