Great place to stay. The staff is friendly and polite. My room got upgraded to a king when I booked the queen. Which was a nice surprise. The rooms are clean and spacious. It is quiet and close to everything and the old mill. Great place to stay. Felt safe and had a great night's rest. Will definitely be staying here again. Recommended it to other travelers. Also very reasonable in pricing for what you get. 🙂

The room we got was super clean & all recently renovated. Very friendly staff.
Nicest of the cluster of motels in the area. Owners obviously care a lot about the property and are doing a great job making it nicer.
Price was $20 more than listed on Google maps- $75/Saturday, off season
Very good Indian food truck on on-premises.

It's a family operated place, and no matter how long you're here they really make you feel like you're at home. Smiling, after a long day.
It's very close to the Old Mill which is a fun part of town I discovered
You should check them out when you are in the area and need a place to stay

The rooms are always clean with fresh linens the decor is pretty outdated but overall comfortable beds,quiet nights,however the front desk agent who checked me in over charged me and when I brought it to his attention he accused me of lying and never gave me my change. Otherwise nice motel kind staff but dishonest. I will stay here again the amount per night was very affordable also.

Stayed for one night was going to stay for longer until housekeeping helped themselves into my room at 9 o’clock in the morning without knocking when checkouts at 11 which woke me up and then left my door open. The heater also barely kept the room at 60°.

My stay was alright, but I had my card information stolen after using it here. The owners kept trying to charge my card for fraudulent purposes, so I switched card numbers and reported the fraud. Fortunately, I was able to recoup those funds, but beware

There was a carpet beetle larva in one of the beds plus a bunch of little stuff peppered all over the sheets the other bed was more clean, so that was good. The rooms were painted darker colors - which with the black curtains was good for sleeping in, but also we had to turn on all the lights to light the room.

As a Bend native of 42 years, this is one of my favorite, and most reliable motels in town. The staff is very polite. Check-in is quick and easy. The rooms (I have stayed in aprox 10 different rooms on property throughout my remodel at home) are among the cleanest in town. Everything from the classy colors, to the holiday decorations/lights, clean rooms, and service is a tell-tale that the owners/management really care about this property. I would strongly suggest taking any review regarding unclean rooms or poor service with a grain of salt, as I've NEVER had anything but a spotless room and great service. Lastly, the WiFi not only works, but always works. I've spent several hundred on luxury hotel rooms that had wifi that was either slow or constantly disconnected. Sorry for the long read, but this place deserves high praise.
