Teresa and her staff were FANTASTIC! From the start, Teresa was easy to communicate with and was quick to respond throughout the entire planning process. She was flexible with menu changes. She and her staff were fast and professional. The food was excellent. I would absolutely recommend Custom Catering By Teresa!

I used Custom Catering by Teresa to cater my wedding in November. Teresa was super easy to talk to in the planning process and she made choosing my menu easy and stress free! I chose to have a BBQ potato bar with pulled pork and pulled smoked chicken. The food was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend Teresa and her team and will use them again in the future if ever needed.

the most unprofessional staff i have encountered. she came up to the bride 5 times asking her for $600 more because there was “over 125 people there”. there was only 92 guests. she was asking guests how many times they have went through the line when the majority of the guests only went through one time. she also was telling guests the bride didn’t pay for enough food. i watched them pour the tea from the dispenser back into their jugs with a funnel before i could even get a chance to get some. she said she provided real silverware for “no charge” when i wouldve rather had plastic instead of dirty silverware. she also went around collecting peoples forks before they were done eating. the worst most unprofessional people i have ever been around. we paid the extra $600 making the total $3,354 for 92 guests. RIDICULOUS. do not use them unless you want to be harassed. -2 stars

I have been to a lot of weddings and I have never encountered a catering staff this unprofessional. I personally heard one of them ask a lady while going through the line “if she was coming back for more”!! Then the BRIDE was approached and was told she had to pay extra because there were more guests and people came back for seconds! WHO DOES THAT? One of them supposedly even went and counted the cars outside and said there was more than 100 vehicles. That was a lie, I was there there was MAYBE 50 vehicles. Then the DJ got some desert that the grooms grandmother made and he was told that he would have to pay $1.00 to use their fork! They began packing up the food about an hour after it being served. An employee was literally pushing carts through the venue and through guests while pictures were trying to be taken. I was absolutely appalled! I think worst part about this is that the bride will forever remember this about her wedding! You should be so proud Custom Catering by Teresa !

I just want to share a little info about Custom Catering. I have been in food service for over 25 years. I have never received any negative ratings until those received about 8 months ago, as I’m sure people have noticed. Out of respect for my clients I am not going into any issues that occurred, but can honestly say everything negative that was posted is highly fabricated and non truth. I would never do the things that were mentioned. Enough time has gone by, and I just wanted to reach out and defend my business, a business that God has given me and I am so thankful for. My workload and list of clients speak volumes. I always put my clients first and give 100%.

Teresa and crew did a fantastic job at Rebekah's wedding. The food was absolutely delicious. The macaroni and cheese was highly complimented, but it was all wonderful.
