I had the pleasure of staying at this beautifully maintained home for an extended period. The house is impeccably kept, with attention to every detail, both inside and out. The spacious yard was perfect for our family, offering plenty of space for outdoor activities, and the proximity to parks and biking trails made it an ideal location for active families.

What really sets this home apart is the kitchen. Unlike typical rentals, this kitchen is outfitted with high-quality cooking supplies, making it ideal for families who need to stay for an extended period. The furnishings throughout the house are thoughtfully selected and well-appointed, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.

The lighting throughout the home is excellent, with a mix of natural light, well-placed lamps, and canister lighting with many dimmers. It’s also very quiet.

Overall, this is a fantastic long-term rental, ideal for families or anyone looking for a well-equipped, well-maintained, and inviting home. Highly recommended!

This is a wonderful home. It is very clean and has a well equipped kitchen. The king bed is comfortable. Alexandra was really great to work with. The house is an easy walk to Stoneybrook which made it so convenient when visiting our mom. It’s also close to paved walking trails.

What a beautiful home! We stayed 2 nights at 47th place in September and everything was perfect. There were only 3 of us so it was more space than we needed but it was lovely.
It didn’t look like anyone had ever set foot in the home before us! Such comfortable beds and perfect family room for watching the Beaver football game!
Alexandra was so helpful and even recommended restaurants for us. She also made sure we had coffee and breakfast items waiting for us.

It was fun to stay in a cute neighborhood off campus during part of our stay. Very close to campus and fantastic restaurants.

Unfortunately, the home is booked for our next visit in a couple of weeks, otherwise, we’d be back!

This was a clean, quiet home in a nice location. The kitchen was very well appointed, linens were of high quality, and cleaning services were excellent. We were able to walk to OSU and enjoy local trails nearby the house. The house is a short drive to downtown Corvallis which has great restaurants and cute local shops.
When my contract was extended and we needed a new housing contract to cover the extension, the Fernwood Circle team not only found us this nice home, but moved all of our belongings!

Spent two months in this very clean and well stocked condo. Location to Corvallis sights and activities was very good. Well lit, lower level condo facing Walnut St.
Alexandra, our host, kept in touch and offered any assistance we needed. Amenities in the condo were very good.

Everything about my stay at Fernwood Circle was perfect. Alexandra was a kind and gracious host who made me feel as though I had been invited by a dear friend to visit. She was attentive to every detail of my stay and made herself available for questions and some great conversation! The home was completely accessible and comfy. It was a soothing, quiet and calm respite for me after 6 weeks of traveling. The kitchen was impeccably organized and perfectly stocked. The network and television worked without issue, but the living area was so cozy and warm that I chose music over television and settled into a good book. I slept in the Sage Room in an amazingly comfortable bed with soft linens. Alexandra provided wonderful organic grapefruit/ginger products to complete the bedroom atmosphere. Fernwood is centrally located near the University, great restaurants, cute shops and walking along the river. This was a wonderful experience and one I would repeat again if I return to Corvalis.

We had a wonderful week at the Everglade Townhouse visiting family in the area! The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed the private outdoor space. Very spacious and open main floor. So nice to have a washer and dryer to use while we were traveling. The bed was comfortable and bathrooms were clean with plenty of towels. Great communication on access to the unit and prompt response to any questions we had during our stay, very professional service. We will be back!

Out stay at the Estaview Terrace with Fernwood Circle Guest Houses, was by far better than any regular hotel. At first, we were amazed by the beautiful view of the backyard, including the deer that walk by, and the lovely neighborhood.

The setup is very spacious and comfortable, it feels like you are at home. The beds were very comfortable and the new Pillow Talk amenity was awesome and fun to try out! Everything is very clean and neat. Many toiletries are provided, and its a very relaxing place.

We look forward to coming again in the future.
