Food was good is always. I love the shrimp fried rice. Unfortunately it takes so long to get your food. I talked to a gentleman who had ordered online and he said it took them 40 minutes to prepare his meal while he waited. That's the only bad thing about this place.

The food was ok but the customer service is trash.....placed my order and paid at 6:54 pm at 7:35 when I came back the order still wasn't ready then she had the nerve to ask me what did I order?

My friend and I ate here, to our delight the food was very good. My friend had the fish plate, and I had the boneless wings the barbeque sauce was great. Very nice pple working there. I'll be back!

So I've never had an issue with any American Deli I've ever visited, but this is the first time I've ever been to the Tallassee location. First I want to make it clear that it's NOT the food, just the appearance of the employees (young ladies) and maybe wipe down the main counters? ( Seasoned Salt everywhere, Lol!) Anyhoo....like I mentioned, this is my first visit in Tallassee and maybe every location doesn't maintain a uniform standard, idk? But yeah, hot wings were great, and fries were fresh and hot?

This place is awful! I placed a pick up order 20 minutes before we arrived and the food wasn’t dropped until I got there and they told me 10 minutes. The employees are eating behind the counter. They have nasty attitudes. I was hung up on while trying to place my order and they aren’t busy. After 10 minutes of waiting they said there were other customers they had to drop 100 wings for and I had to wait until those were done. I asked to speak to the manager and got my money back. Will not go back there!

Nobody was in the restaurant and there was only one worker. Not sure if it was a slow day or what but the food was actually decent. Just zero atmosphere

Great service. This place has improved %100. The food is always hot and fresh. I love that they show you your food before you leave the place. Their wings are the bomb and you can't wrong with an order of chicken, pork or shrimp fried rice.
