We used Pearl Catering for our ~100 person wedding in June, and if we could give them 6 stars out of 5, we would. We worked with Tiffani, who just continually blew us away at every stage of planning with her warmth, expertise, and poise. She gave us excellent advice and was also very accommodating of our requests to substitute chicken thighs in place of chicken breasts and to subtract our non-drinking guests from the head count for the bar.

Partly out of cost considerations, we opted for the "Taking the Plunge" buffet menu and chose the Vegetable Wellington, Champagne Chicken, and Grilled Chinook Salmon as our mains. With it being a buffet, we expected there to be some compromise in quality, but were amazed that this wasn't the case. We loved everything we tasted, and all of the guests we've heard from have raved about how good it was.

Having done a fair amount of research on catering options, and been to a few other weddings in the Portland area, we were familiar with other caterers and their offerings. Pearl Catering provided *by far* the greatest value and the best service. We can't recommend them enough.

We used Pearl for our micro-wedding and couldn’t have been happier. Tiffani was a dream to work with. Communicative, attentive to our vision, and incredibly knowledgeable about our venue, which was especially helpful as we were out of state. Day of, her and her team took the best care of us. Most brides talk about not getting to eat on their wedding day but they made sure we were fed and even sent us with a packaged up meal for the next day. The food was incredible and our guests couldn’t stop raving about their meal. We can’t recommend working with Pearl enough!

We have hosted events for 25 years and chose Pearl Catering for our daughter's wedding. Having been around the industry and seeing all of the different vendors, we were pretty tough customers since this was the first time hosting for one of our own. The entire wedding celebration was a 10 out of 10. We cannot say enough good things about all of the staff at Pearl and the quality and execution of a flawless event. It started with Ashley and Natalia from the coordinating and setup to the over the top wait service from Noe and his event staff. We had two full bars and tableside pouring managed to perfection by bartenders Scotty and Jeffery. Finally, this was hands down the best plated dinner we have ever had at any event presented by executive chef's Adrian and Daniel. Every single guest raved about the quality of the food from the stationed and passed appetizers to the filet mignon which was high end restaurant quality. All wedding's have something or a few things that you wish you could have done differently or had thought about after the fact. We could not have imagined this wedding going any better and the feed back from our guests has been overwhelming. Kudo's to the entire team at Pearl Catering. Wedding's are stressful in many ways, but not this one. Pearl had it covered. Cheers, and Thank You for helping make this the perfect wedding day.

Pearl was absolutely amazing for my 150+ person wedding! The food was delicious and I still have people reminiscing about it to me, even a month after. The service was outstanding and the servers went above and beyond. Not only did they bus the tables, check in with guests and keep them fed and happy, but they also stayed until the very end and helped pack up tablecloths and other things that they were not responsible for. My wedding planner mentioned that they even helped her get the table decorations oriented. If you are debating a catering company, Pearl Catering should be your go to! They also include a free tasting of appetizers, entrees, and accompaniments before your event- which we loved! Ashley, the director of sales, had outstanding communication! Not only did she answer my emails promptly, she scheduled phone calls with us to make sure she had every detail in order and allowed us to have all the ease of mind as we went into our big day. I cannot thank this company enough for how wonderful they were!

Pearl was hands down one of the best choices we made for our wedding! Tiffani did an amazing job helping us prepare leading up to the wedding day. She helped to coordinate all the rentals, hosted us for a tasting, came out for a site visit at our private residence venue, and answered all of our questions quickly and thoroughly. We felt so confident going into our wedding day and everything went so smoothly! Pearl arrived on time, set up the rentals exactly how we had discussed, and the staff, drinks, and food was phenomenal! We've had people raving about the food for the last few weeks. I would highly recommend Pearl and Tiffani for any catering needs!

Pearl Catering checked ALL the boxes for catering our event. Natalie made the planning very clear and easy. She was easy to reach by email and returned calls quickly when I had my thousands of questions. The delivery and pickup of tables, chairs, and linens were smooth. The servers were precisely on time and went about their business seamlessly with the party going on around them. The food was abundant and delicious.They put out premade notes of dietary restrictions for each dish, so we didn't have to. They even left us boxes for leftovers. As it turns out, Pearl Catering had catered my daughter's wedding 10 years ago and we wouldn't hesitate to use them agein.

We worked with Natalie at Pearl Catering for our intimate backyard wedding. We had a general idea of what we wanted the menu to be going in, and Natalie did a fantastic job of helping us refine our vision and bring it into reality. All the food was delicious - we got a bunch of compliments on it from our guests! The staff was very professional, but also kind and warm. The attention to detail in plating and presentation was beyond our expectations. Thank you Natalie and Pearl for helping us to make our wedding such a special day!

Rude and inconsiderate. Guy picked up a load of pastries from Safeway (they don't bake them?!) And left his cart and a bunch of trash in the parking spot where people pick up orders. He blocked the entire spot on a busy day. Why should I believe they'd give a darn about people in other areas of their business?
Character is doing what's right, even if you know you can get away without a consequence. Cart Narcs, where are you when we need you?!
