John and his team delivered an outstanding service at our wedding, which hosted over 150 guests. They were incredibly easy to collaborate with and provided unwavering support throughout the entire process. From our first meeting and initial tasting, he has been nothing short of delightful. Our guests were thrilled with the food! We keep receiving compliments about the rustic pasta and steak, with some even admitting they went back for seconds. He offers an excellent package for large groups, and we wholeheartedly recommend Premiere Catering for your next event.

Premiere Catering was a dream to work with! We worked closely with Michael, and he was always highly responsive, flexible, and accommodating. Honestly, we weren't expecting the food to be anything to rave about (because wedding food usually isn't that great), but oh my goodness the food was DELICIOUS, and there was plenty for everyone! Everyone raved about the staff and how attentive they were the entire time.

We hired Premiere Catering for our wedding last month, and they were just a step above the rest. We were so impressed by Michael's communication from the very start - less than a day usually to hear back about questions, and he always had a clear answer. This massively reduced our stress leading up to the big day, and Michael and his team were flexible and accomodating for all of our requests, even the last minute ones. Then the food!! We've had multiple guests tell us it was the best wedding food they had ever had. It looked amazing and tasted amazing, and they were able to work with all our gluten free/vegan requests. And the staff were so professional during the entire day, keeping us and our wedding coordinator up to speed on everything. We did a "back yard" wedding so it was a unique and challenging setting for them, but they surpassed expecation.

We booked John and his team at Premiere for our wedding with just over 200 guests and highly recommend them! John is professional, and was quick to reply to emails. He was also very accommodating when I needed to make last minute changes like adjusting the guest count two weeks before the wedding. The food was amazing and high quality- everyone loved it, from the toddlers to adults! They included linens and complimentary beverages, and all the staff were wonderful taking care of our guests. We did a buffet style service and got everyone through pretty fast! It was very reasonably priced and we were so glad we chose them to cater our wedding.

We couldn't be happier with Premiere Catering. Michael worked with us to create the perfect menu for my daughter's bat mitzvah. He had chef Mitch consult directly with us to create a custom vegetarian option when the standards weren't quite fitting for us. He also helped source outdoor games, a special chair, and the perfect colored napkins. In a nutshell, Michael said Yes to everything we wanted and then made sure it happened. And, post event, everyone keeps raving about the food. Michael and team are definitely our top choice for whatever our next event may be!

We selected Premiere Catering as our wedding caterer and are so glad we did! Let me start by saying that we did a lot of due diligence in exploring vendors, being out of state we wanted to make sure we were working with those we felt comfortable with - Premiere absolutely fit this bill! We worked primarily through Michael who is responsive / communicative, friendly, flexible, and also knew our venue very well! He helped us coordinate a tasting during a spur of the moment trip to OR prior to the wedding, which another associate, John, hosted - the experience was very relaxed, welcoming, and the food was delicious! For wedding menu, we selected a few passed apps followed by a taco buffet for dinner which our guests loved!! We also decided very close to the wedding date that we wanted to add a charcuterie board and Premiere was able to accommodate without missing a beat! Something that I was not expecting was the staff continuing to cook right there onsite in real-time, so food was extremely fresh and hot. The whole staff was friendly and they provide full service which includes setup / breakdown and cleanup of all their service items, including any rentals they have brought for you (very cool / convenient option they offer!)! Thank you Michael, John, and the rest of the Premiere Team!!

We are SO glad we went with Premiere catering. Michael was fantastic to work with, he was available whenever we needed him and was happy to respond and help me with some of my ridiculous questions. He was patient, super responsive, and very professional.
I would absolutely recommend going with Premiere for a wedding or any event, they handled our 190 person wedding without a hitch!
Their food was great and the staff exceptional. They took great care of us and our guests and we were so thankful we could say "thank you" at the end of the reception while they were cleaning up.
