I was looking forward to trying this place out for the drinks, banh mi, and pho. Maybe we came here on an off day, but the pho was a bit salty and the noodles were over cooked for us. The egg coffee, was pretty good and strong. The interior is pretty small and shares space with another restaurant.

The pho was delicious!!! Very authentic and not oily like some of the phos in Beaverton are. No wonder cause the place is family Vietnamese own restaurant and even the drinks are really good. Their first restaurant location is DBs Kitchen in Hillsboro and so I was happy to hear they finally opened this location in Bethany!

- Pho is flavorful and a good portion of noodles and meat

- rose lychee jasmine tea was really good
- strawberry smoothie 10/10

Inside is a bit small but good for a quick snack or chill date night. Pho was so good I would take it Togo.

My boyfriend and I left happy so we will come back again!

I ordered the V1PHO. It was a very warm and tasty soup, perfect for this season!They have many kinds of yummy drinks too! I had a "Coco Milk Macha".It was not too sweet so I enjoyed it to the end! The service was excellent and I would like to try the "banh mi "next time!

I’d say they’re the best Vietnamese food deli in town. They make the most authentically delicious Banh Mi that delivers the joy & happiness to clients. Plus, they make awesome coffee & boba tea drinks. 5 out of 5 🫰

Highly recommend for people who love Banh My. Crunchy and soft inside, favor is great and super delicious. Also I ordered ube coffee and it tasted wonderful. Please try and feel the special.

The food is delicious and the service was amazing! I’m vegetarian so I got the vegan pho and the broth was so flavorful. The servers were very attentive and kind. And their drinks are delicious! Will definitely be back again!

Not to my preferences. Maybe others will like the flavor. A little pricey too

Pho - broth was a little sweet for me

Banh mi - got the #4 (grilled pork). Thought it was too sweet too

Milk tea - boba texture was mushy (like boba has been sitting in water too long). This was at 3PM on a Saturday. Maybe you will have better luck with boba texture when they are busier or earlier in the day. Milk tea flavor was decent. Strong tea flavor.
