Tyler made the best smash burger i have ever had in my life. Joanne was lovely and patient and had great recommendations. I have never had a burger that delicious, with garlic and onion and bacon and everything and more. The house sauce was delicious. The specialty sodas is crazy, never seen a place offer that. I got the cascade campfire. They weren't even upset i came in 20min before closing. They were so kind I hope to god they come to Texas.

Was able to go for the first time yesterday (A Wednesday) for dinner. Got a burger and fries to go around 530. Took 25 minutes to get my food (only 3 other orders were a head of me) Something to consider if you are looking for a quick order and go. Maybe order ahead.

Food was good. Next time I will go for two patties.

Fries were really crispy and fresh. Will come back again.

It's cool to see that they have expanded into a brick and mortar location out in the Bethany area. I am a fan of their smashburgers as it's always consistent and packed full of flavors. I like that they can smash jalepeno, bacon, and/or garlic into your burger for free. These give the burger that extra flavor. The fries are also fresh cut style and good for sharing.

The hamburgers and fries were delicious. We were there on opening night. You could smell the deliciousness before you ever got to the building. The service was friendly and quick. Will definitely be back again. We sat outside on a chilly night but they had outdoor heating so was very comfortable.

Astounding burgers and fries. Been to Iron Strike food cart before on Harvey Milk St. It was a pleasant surprise to see they opened up this place a few miles down the road. Simply awesome. The cashiers and cooks are ultra friendly. Small Lil place with huge flavor.

YUM!!! We traveled from McMinnville to try this delicious smash burger. Iron Strike is tucked inside Bethany Village. We found them easily with their bright yellow eye catching logo. The inside is small with a few bar seats. We were greeted immediately by Joe who is very friendly and helpful. We ordered a Double Strike Smash Box which comes with fries and a drink. We upgraded to try one of their specialty sodas.
ALL BURGERS PREPARED WITH FRESHLY SLICED ONIONS AND LOCALLY SOURCED BEEF PATTY SMASHED INTO OUR SCREAMING HOT IRON GRIDDLE. SERVED WITH PICKLES, SHREDDED LETTUCE , IRON STRIKE HOUSE SAUCE ON A TOASTED BUN.
My double smashie was huge, incredibly juicy, seasoned with some kind of secrete magic flavoring that left me guessing. I was impressed with the crispy edges, gooey American cheese, with ample lettuce, pickles and iron strike sauce. So so good until the last bite.
This is the first burger establishment I have been to that takes just as much pride in their fries as they do their burgers. Freshly sliced and cooked to perfection, seasoned with some magic flavoring. Damn those fries were good! Love this place we will be back!!

Food was really good. First time eating there and we will go back. Their soda/drink selection was great! Service was fine (you order at the counter and pick up food at the counter). I don’t typically give 4 stars for service for that kind of set up, but everyone was incredibly nice and patient with our four kids making up their minds. They said the food would take 15 minutes for us to get it and it was 15 minutes exactly. Mostly outdoor seating (it’s a small location but don’t let that keep you from trying this place). I have a feeling they will have to expand in the future with their great burgers. The atmosphere was fun and they had a solid theme. There are no vegetarian burgers that I saw, but that was not a problem for us. Just adding that detail for informational purposes. The menu wasn’t huge, but had all you needed for a smash burger restaurant. I prefer smaller menus personally, so I was happy. There’s no kids menu that I saw, but you don’t really need one. The kids enjoyed their food as well.

Overall, a 5 star review was well-earned.

Don’t ever write reviews but amazing burger plus the Cajun fries. We got a frozen lemonade which is going to be amazing once it hits summer time. Most notably the most friendly staff I have ever been around. Made us feel so welcome and relaxed. Will come back again definitely.
