If you’re looking for a good bite to eat in Woodward, stop by Floral and Hearty Diner. We’ve stopped a couple of times passing through, and the staff is always friendly and accommodating. The burgers are good and depending on when you stop, they offer a hot bar. The salad bar is always fresh and has a good variety. The last time we stopped
in, I got the chicken fried steak, and it was delicious.

I had the chicken fried steak. Mashed potatoes and gravy were awesome. Even the meat is good. Breading was great as well. Service is great. But, I know you shouldn't never have to use a steak knife with a "chicken fried steak" it's all about the preparation. I can show you!

I didn't catch my waitress name. But this place was AMAZING!! The portions and plate sizes make you leave full and still have more to eat late. The food service, and hospitality was great. I felt welcome the moment I entered the restaurant. WILL BE RECOMMENDING TO MANY MANY PEOPLE

This place is a go to!! I have tried their steak, chicken salad and chicken BLT sandwhich. Their salad bar is clean and fully stocked. Great prices&portions! Our waitress all times provided great service!

Great experience. Cozy atmosphere. Friendly service. Amazing food. Large portions. You will get full. Cannot go wrong with Biscuits and Gravy omelet for breakfast.

We were very impressed when we first went there. Our waitresses were very nice. The menu has a lot of cool variety on it. The salad bar was great. Very clean and fresh. Almost all the food was great! The calf fries were surprisingly some of the better ones I’ve had, I got a sooner boomer burger and it was awesome! I would not recommend a steak at all there. The cut was fine, but we ordered MR and it came out looking really rare. Pretty cold in the middle. My husband tried eating it but it was just a little too much, so we sent it back no big deal. However. I don’t think the kitchen realized we could hear because we heard (I assume the cook) go on about how it was not rare. When we got his steak back it was BROWN. Not even pink and medium. Which at that point would have been fine. WELL done. Kinda seemed intentional. tasted horrible. My husband didn’t even get to eat his meal we paid for. The cook needs some more training maybe… or way less attitude.
Think the manager definitely needs to address that so it doesn’t happen to someone else.
