The rooms are very kid friendly. We’re were able to let our 16 month old walk around with worrying about her getting into anything. There is plenty of room for her to play as well. The indoor pool is spacious and clean. Breakfast was good and ready when they said it would be. The rooms are carpet less and spacious. We had plenty of room to set up a pack and play and were not cramped at all. Table and chairs in the room were plenty big enough to eat at without struggling for room. The bed and pillows are very comfortable and the shower had great pressure.

The room was clean but a bit dated. They are renovating but obviously haven't got to the room we used. Can hear the traffic on the highway especially the trucks. Included breakfast was ok, breakfast burrito was my choice and sister chose english muffin. Tea and coffee at reception. We used the laundry which was efficient. Lift is out for maintenance.

Rooms definitely need updating. Hotel smelled like weed. Beds were too close to the floor and not comfortable at all. We ordered breakfast and were told that they would deliver to us and they never did!

Great hotel!!! Rooms were comfortable, staff were nice. Breakfast was OK. Squished between 2 big businesses so not a great location, but very close to downtown Tillamook.

Incredibly noisy on the first floor. Laundry/housekeeping carts started waking us up at 8am and a hedge trimmer followed shortly after.
They threaten charges left and right while failing to maintain the building. Our window sill had puddles from the rain dripping from a leak. There is also mold, mildew and moss growing in room 117.

This was the WORST place we have ever stayed on our travels. When we booked our room, they did not tell us their elevators were out of service. So when we arrived that night, they told us and it was too late to get a room anywhere else. We also learned their elevators had not been serviced and therefore were not in working condition for some time. In the night, the fire alarm went off 3 times. Why? Because they did not want to pay to have them serviced either! We ended up paying $193 to drag our luggage up 3 flights of stairs and then got absolutely no sleep! The manager was too chicken to come into work the next day to face all of the travelers who were pissed off!! When she did call, she made excuses and said none of it was their fault! Haha! DO NOT STAY HERE!🤬

We travel with 2, small dogs, that is why we chose to stay here. Upon arrival, we were informed that the elevator was not working. When we explained about the VERY heavy case that contains the dogs crates and other things, they told us we could put the case on the elevator and send it to the 2nd floor, it just couldn't tolerate the weight of people. So, that case went on the elevator and everything else wen up the stairs. Thankfully, they were able to put us on the 2nd floor. We were able to plug in our streaming equipment without issue and watch what we wanted, on the TV. The side doors were exit only, so one of waited by the door when we took the dogs out. They are very close to the Tillmook Cheese factory, which is why we stayed here. They are also close to the access roads for the trails out near the lighthouse. The beds felt like they hugged me every time I got into them. The a/c was not great, but it worked enough, along with our fan, to make the room pleasant. They have you pre-order your breakfast, instead of offering breakfast. You can also skip it, if you wish. All in all a nice little hotel.

The staff here was extremely friendly except for one man, but we only dealt with him once. Unfortunately, when they remodeled, they took out the hot tub and also stopped the breakfast bar. The elevator kept breaking down, so we had to walk up 3 flights of stairs. Also, the key cards didn't work great, and we had to have them programmed over and over. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The hotel itself was nice and clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. I would recommend this hotel.
