Turtlejanes is a wonderful hidden gem that I'm glad I stumbled upon! The home has a breathtaking view of the ocean, the town is super quiet in the off-season, and you can hear the waves crashing all night. The Tortuga room also has an attached patio, which is an added bonus. Jane has the home decorated to live up to the name - and each piece of turtle artwork is so unique! The furniture is comfy and the bathroom floors are heated, which comes in handy during these cold February days. Jane and her husband Don are very kind and approachable; they were a joy to chat with during breakfast. And Jane makes amazing breakfasts and baked goods to keep you going through the day! Did I mention they also have a fully stocked ice cream freezer? If you're looking for a peaceful, well-appointed bed and breakfast on the ocean - this is your spot! Thanks Jane and Don for the enjoyable stay!

Where do I start? Jane and Don are amazing hosts. The room was lovely and the view was amazing! Loved being in Oceanview, not super busy like other ocean towns. We stayed in the Tortuga room; it was plenty big and very clean. We enjoyed sitting out on the private balcony both nights we were there; the second night we witnessed one of the most beautiful sunsets we’ve ever seen. I hate to repeat what others have said, but the breakfast was delicious and plentiful and sitting with other guests was so nice, especially during/after Covid lockdowns. On a side note, all the turtles Jane has collected over the years are amazing, not tacky, but beautiful!

My wife and I had a wonderful four nights at Turtle Janes. The accommodations were cozy, with a great view of the ocean and a short walk to the beach and town. Watching the surfers from our patio was an unexpected bonus. Jane and Don are delightful hosts. The food was fantastic and the conversation engaging. Jane is clearly a gourmet chef, and Don always had hot coffee and a warm greeting ready in the mornings.

This is the perfect quiet beach getaway. Oceanside is a quiet town built into a hillside, so that every house has a view of the ocean. The beach is quiet and there's plenty of beach to walk. The bed and breakfast itself has really cute rooms, great views of the ocean and the rest of town, and amazing hosts. Jane is a fantastic cook and she and her husband are great conversation. They shower you in delicious food. The views look like something out of a painting. Great stay, definitely worth the price!

Jane and Don were great hosts! Jane is a wonderful cook and oh the baked cookies & brownies were delicious! To top it off, there is icecream in the freezer. Yum. Wonderful location and room with a view of the ocean. We could see the whales spouting, the sea lions and the many fishing boats out on the ocean. Oceanside is our favorite destination!

This is the perfect Pacific NW quiet B&B getaway, with amazing ocean views, the sound of real ocean waves to put you to sleep, and wonderful hosts who spoil you with great food based on your dietary needs. Jane was extremely thoughtful, suggesting I stay at the airport overnight before I drove in, for safety sake. She and Don are a lovely couple who go out of their way to make sure you make the most of your stay. Highly recommend.

My College friends and I enjoyed 4 wonderful days at TurtleJanes. It is indeed a hidden gem! Jane is a wonderful chef, and so personable. We had great morning conversations with her. This is the 1st time to the Oregon Coast, and TurtleJanes made it even better.

Turtlejanes is the perfect place to get away on the Oregon coast. Jane and Don are both amazing, and the perfect hosts. We loved the deck's views of the ocean and the amazing breakfasts Jane cooked up. Oceanside is the perfect base for exploring the coast and we enjoyed several day tips to notable points (Cape Meares, Thor's Well, etc.)
