Rooms are perfect just for a place to sleep and hang out between adventures very clean. Great location close to the docks and a couple of small shops. Pool.and hot tub where nice but it is a family friendly hotel so it can get packed with little kids at times. Free breakfast in the morning was really nice.

I went on a Sunday-Monday with another family and we were both so impressed with this hotel! Everything was clean from the parking lot to our rooms. The two people we talked to (very very sweet young lady at check in then an older man at check out) were kind, patient, knowledgeable and overall so welcoming! The pool and hot tub were great and they had the best breakfast options available than any hotel i’ve been to prior. Would definitely come back!!

Was an amazing experience, we got delivered with A+ customer service and were invited with warm cookies as a welcome gift. Keith (one of the night time employees) gave an amazing service to us. I offered him a smooch because of how amazing he was, really good worker there. I'm joking there was no smooch.

Hot tub was discolored and not inviting. Vending machines were out of order with few selections - front desk was unaware machines were not working. To get hot water you had to put shower control on C (cold). Hotel looked beat up and dated. Lobby was nice

Nice rooms, nothing spectacular just normal average hotel room. The pool and hot tub were nice to have available but definately dated. Not enough hand towels in the room. Had a dining area with extra paper plates and plastic silverware. That came in handy when we ate food in our room.
There was rarely anyone sitting at the desk. We always had to ring the bell but someone did come within a few minutes. But never immediately. They were usually doing other necessary tasks. Maybe hire a person to be at the desk full time during busy season.

Clean rooms, great location, great service. Hotel staff treated with me respect. The hostess Terra went above and beyond to make me feel welcome by making sure all of my needs were met, and even provided me recommendations of local places, which as a tourist helped me feel included and comfortable.

We’ve stayed here many times and always enjoy the friendly staff and comfortable atmosphere. Jeremy was fantastic at our checkin and even had fresh cookies for us. Would definitely recommend.
