The 1-star rating is based on the initial visit.

This location normally provides a pretty good customer experience but today was not their day.

I ordered a CHICKEN bowl, add extra egg and sausage. Grab my food, drive the 5 miles home and getting ready to eat and NO CHICKEN.

Drive back to restaurant, share the story and give them back the food along with the order label. They proceed to send the bowl that I had taken out of the restaurant back to the kitchen to add the chicken. So I ask them to make it fresh since the food has been to and from my house and probably not too fresh at this point. I get the order, it doesn't appear to have the extra egg so that add some more over the top of bowl.

I get home and dump the bowl onto a paper plate and I have 3 very small pieces of chicken in a CHICKEN bowl. So I drive the 5 miles back to the store again.

I connect with the Sr. Mgr. on duty and he provides a refund and heads off to the kitchen. A reasonable time later he returns with the bowl and off to my house again. The bowl well prepared, tasty and more of the quality that this restaurant normally delivers.

I've been coming here pretty frequently since they first opened this location. We love it here! I love that they remodeled too.

** My only complaint is how unusual the entrance to the property and layout of the parking lot/drive thru is. I would definitely recommend finding a better way to utilize the space. Although, I know its unfairly small to work with in the first place.

Stopped in on my way back from the Airport with my daughters and my niece. My first time in Chick-fil-A in many years. I had the extra spicy chicken sandwich which surprisingly was actually extra spicy! Seems like most places these days are wimpy on the spiciness level. Everyone enjoyed their lunch, and the restaurant was clean efficient and friendly. All Good, AAA+++

Took my family out for lunch since there is a playground inside. My grandbaby had a really good time and she said her ice cream was the bomb!!!! We enjoyed the food and service was great it was fast and warm and delicious ? I definitely recommend going with the family any age would enjoy it. Thank you for making our family day out to lunch wonderful.

I am the biggest fan of Chick Fil A! But this location has gone down hill. The food is still great, but the drive through averages a 30 minute wait EVERY time. I even order on the mobile app to try and make it more convenient for them. Food is just like every other chick Fil a, but the slow service is terrible. I have now stopped going to this particular location all together… which stinks, because I used to visit this location 5 times a week.

The attitude is getting worse instead of better. I door dash and I get treated like I stole the food. Today they gave away the customers food and had no clue and wouldn't admit that it happened.

I always come to this location while at work and usually ask in and out no problem. However, had a little mishap (not sure if it was on my end or the workers end) nonetheless, kyla (or kayla I may be getting it backwards) was super super sweet and helpful with getting the issue resolved. Wish more workers had her enthusiasm and helpful spirit.

Who doesn't like chick-fil-a's food? I'm sure it's very few. My problem is not the food most of the time. It's the service as of late. I ordered 2 4ct chicken strips and 2 3 ct strips, and they shorted me one.

A month ago, I got 3 family sizes of the chicken mini biscuits and was shorted four. Now, this may not seem like a lot, but for the prices it is. I would rather you tell me than to let me get home only to find I've been shorted, and don't give me old dry chicken, please.

I've been getting that, too. So all I can say is count your nuggets and strips and check the freshness depending on which location you go to.
