Highly recommend checking out, Debbie D’s. First, she was the only one in town that could cryovack and freeze all the fish we caught. That gave us the ability to pack it in a cooler and fly it back with us to Florida. I wish I would’ve bought more salmon jerky because it was amazing. She loves food and you can tell through the products she puts out. Thank you for your service you made our vacation extra memorable.

What a pleasant surprise. I dropped off some elk because I read some reviews about Debbie's processed beer sausage.. Wow, I have been eating her products for the last week and let me tell you they are amazing. The beer sausage that I bought is almost all gone and the bacon is hands down the best I've ever had. The smoked salmon bellies are absolutely to die for. I sure wish I would have discovered this place 25 years ago. Man have I been missing out. Debbie is a super kind person and she really does take a lot of pride in her products. It's obvious that there's a lot of passion there.

This is an excellent place to get fresh smoked meats. There is a larger selection here than the other large nearby smoker. They not only smoke jerky and pepperoni, but also have summer-sausage, liverwaurst, smoked salmon, and sausages. There are many sauses also. We always stop here to purchase treats for ourselves and to get gifts for friends at home. The owners will serve you directly, chat, and give you samples. Enjoy this local establishment of Tillamook before she retires!

Debbie and Tim are friendly & welcoming! It’s unfortunate that they don’t make poultry products, but with her trying to sell the business I get it. She sells smoked salmon, salmon jerky and other products aside from beef. Local fixture, pairs well with wine & Blue Heron cheese. 🍷 If you’re lucky, Tim will be there in a classic car! 🙂
