Came through once before back in December just as a midway point on our trip home. Found it cheap. Thought that it would be disappointing..was completely wrong. The service and the staff were amazing so we returned today, months later, on our way to our wedding vacation, Only to be greeted with a champagne popper, candy, a card, the same great service, the same great room and the same great people. Thank you to Summer and everyone else that made our night great while we were there. Keep up the good work, we will be back!

The absolute worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. They fail to mention that they’re located about ten feet from a major thoroughfare so it sounds like a NASCAR speedway, and there are ultra bright LED porch lights that shine through the blackout curtains all night. Didn’t get a lick of sleep and housekeeping is beating on the door long before checkout. Never again. $70 to get no sleep at all.

Easy access and very good price. The exterior is fresh and the rooms are clean. The lobby is immaculate and the property is very secure.
I had an informative conversation with Chris, he recommended a restaurant in town and made me feel very welcome.
This is definitely not the old Shady 8 Motel chain that we warriors knew and loved.
Wyndham has done a great job with the continuing renovations of the whole chain.

Positive: The front desk is always friendly. The rooms are cleaner than expected. The price is always good. Negative: I was unable to get the Internet to work and I called the front desk twice and they kept telling me it was working however it wasn?t. They did offer for me to switch rooms, but internet issues last time too.

Traveling to Woodward for work with my two service dogs when calling to inquire about the room price the receptionist wanted to tell me that I’m not allowed to have two service dogs then asked if they were arguing because my service dog perform a task he wants to try to tell me, Oklahoma does not Recognize emotional support animals which both of my dogs are service animals. Very unprofessional due to that would never recommend staying there

The staff is friendly and very accommodating. The rooms are clean and it looks freshly renovated. I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels and for the price. This is a home run. The WiFi is really good especially if you’re a gamer I never lagged out. Anytime you’re in Woodward this is the cheapest and best place to stay. I strongly recommend it for anyone. Especially blue collar workers.

Rooms facing the highway are VERY NOISY, all day, and most of the night too! Either you get used to it or you don't, if you're stating here long term for work or something, like I was.
The manager Chris was very helpful and friendly, along with Sommer, the housekeeping manager. The rest of the staff were tolerable, and most days, I had to remake my bed, or at least put the sheets on correctly, as the fitted sheets were rarely all the way on the mattress. Room carpet and amenities are very dated, no indoor sprinkler system in case of fires, and no handicap accessible, although they advertise them as such. Which means no hand rails in the bathrooms or showers, or handicap shower chairs/seating.
As I already stated, I was here long term for work, and the price was right for me. The bed was plenty comfortable, with a decent selection of TV channels, towels were older, small, and thin. No bugs, though, which is always great!

Be warned!!!!! When we arrived the lady at the front desk was asleep and had to be woken up, to which she was very rude. She gave us a room that the door was stuck and wouldn’t open at all, she didn’t believe us and made us go back 3 times before giving us a new room, that had a clogged toilet and dead bugs all over the floor and a “Kristen Coo’s” name tag, who ever you are, stuck in the bed. When we reported these things we were treated very poorly and with rude and disgruntled behavior. Worst stay of my life. If. I could give negative stars I would.
