We've stayed at this hotel before and loved the experience. So we booked it again this year. ||We had 3 adults and 4 kids in our party. So we booked 2 rooms, both of them were supposed to be Deluxe Double Room, 2 Queen Beds, Kitchen... However, when we got there the rooms weren't even on the same floor. And, one room was a King bed with a pull out couch (that was miserably uncomfortable). We went back and showed them our reservations and that we should have 2 rooms with 2 queen beds. They said they were sorry that they had another family that was supposed to leave extend their stay and so the room wasn't available. We asked for one of the '3 bed' rooms, they said they were completely booked up. ||We didn't know what else to do so we stayed and my husband asked for at least a partial refund because we basically got the short end of the stick. We bought and paid for rooms that we did not receive (we had the confirmation receipts). The lady said she would ask her manager... but, I'm sure you can guess... we never received a refund. ||The whole thing was a huge inconvenience on my family and party. So needless to say when we are in the area next year, this will probably be the last place we choose to stay.

The most convenient, efficient hotel room I've ever stayed in. It has a full kitchen, full-size refrigerator, spacious rooms and bathrooms, comfortable beds, and more power outlets than I ever imagined I'd need in a hotel. Big screen TV with a bigger cable options package than most. Very large, clean rooms with a couch/lounge area and laptop TV tray. Located next to all the restaurant options you could ask for, and coupons for free appetizers at Texas Roadhouse. Guest laundry on each floor. Very comfortable stay and would absolutely recommend to anyone, especially long-stay travelers and families.

Positive: Extremely great staff! Clean rooms, great location!! The full kitchens are soooo nice. It truly is a Home ?Away from your home?. I understand the name and this hotel lives up to it. The pricing for the suites are phenomenal and you can bring your pets!!! Negative: I loved everything!

This place is amazing. The name speaks for itself. I’m very picky and this is my 3rd time staying here. Heather, Donna, Lacy and Niah are all amazing! This place is clean, allows pets and the rooms still smell great! Very clean, full kitchen! Even the water pressure is amazing! Love this place and highly recommend it!! AND… the pillows are GREAT… so great that I write down the brand and ordered them for my home.

We have stayed here a hand full of times so far. The staff are always pleasant and friendly. The previous time were pretty good experiences. The beds are always comfortable so that's a huge plus. The last time, we booked the room with the kitchen and stayed on the bottom floor. The room had a bad musty smell to it, I'm not sure if it was just that room because previously the other room had been fine. Still a great place to stay at though and the location is good too.

We stayed here for my brothers destination wedding. When I booked the room I confirmed what dates we were staying for, when I checked in I also confirmed the dates again. Come to find out that they dates were not what they told us. They locked all of our rooms after the second day and when we went to the front desk to have the keys reprogrammed, they said nothing about the reason they were off. Come to find out it was because they had our dates wrong and instead of trying contact us they just charged us another day hoping we weren't going to notice. When we went back down to the front desk they told us we had to stay since we paid again we didn't have a choice. When the lady working the front desk tried to contact the manager the manager refused to answer the phone, and the employee that did answer told her to stop comminating with us. They continued to ignore us the rest of our stay. I was told that the manager would be in on Monday and I had to speak with her then. I emailed them Monday and heard nothing back till Tuesday, and when she did respond she was super rude. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

Room was nice. Had lots of accommodations and very comfortable. Only issue I really had was the entire kitchen and bathroom is tile from where you walk in from the door til the carpet where the beds are and whatever they cleaned the floors with made them extremely slick! My Daughter and I slipped several times especially on the bathrooms. I told the front desk and they already knew which was concerning. Then she asked if we ran the air conditioner at all…well it’s 103° outside of course we did. They said they thought that might have been part of the problem. Was concerned because if we would have been elderly we likely would have fallen.
