We recently stayed at this hotel due to a sudden death in the family, hoping for a comfortable and accommodating place during a difficult time. With three children, we specifically chose this location because it advertised a pool for the kids and a hot tub for my husband and me. Before booking, we called to confirm these amenities would be open, and we were assured they would be.||On Sunday night, the pool and hot tub were open, and our children enjoyed some much-needed relaxation. However, when we returned from the funeral on Monday, the hot tub was closed. The front desk staff informed us it was due to tiles falling off the sides, but after leaving a review, I received a response saying it was closed due to weather. This is an indoor facility, and the weather was consistent throughout our stay, so this explanation was both misleading and frustrating. It’s upsetting to feel as though we weren’t given honest communication about the situation.||The breakfast was another disappointment. Both mornings, the waffle maker was broken, yet all the toppings were laid out as though it was functional. Another guest mentioned it had been broken for days. The rest of the offerings were subpar—scrambled eggs with sliced hot dogs and bagels with no toaster or cream cheese. After the first morning, we decided to leave the hotel and pay for breakfast elsewhere. These issues reflect a lack of attention to detail and an overall poor experience.||What’s most concerning is that this experience does not reflect the standards I associate with your hotel chain. This felt like a misrepresentation of your brand, and I would strongly encourage management to address these issues with updates to the property, better maintenance of amenities, and additional training for staff. Families like ours rely on accurate information and a certain level of quality when choosing where to stay. I would hate for another family to experience the same disappointment during an already stressful time.||Please take these concerns seriously and ensure this location aligns with the high standards that your brand is known for.

This hotel is truly the best! From arrival to departure, my stay was excellent. The staff was kind and professional; the breakfast was delicious; the gym was clean and adequate for my needs - everything was wonderful! Shout out to Rae for making my stay even better than I could have anticipated - you are a gem and Hampton is lucky to have you!

I’m not a complainer, however this is bar far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I travel a lot and rotate where I stay due to location. I haven’t been able to complete my work in the evening due to the internet not working. When I asked about it I was told that they always have issues on the 4th floor and I was more than welcome to come down stairs. Why in the world would I want to be uncomfortable when I should be able to stay in my room and work. When I say I travel a lot I mean I’m in a hotel 40 weeks out of the year. Do better! If you know you have a problem fix it. I stepped on a staple because the carpet has come apart from the tile floor and the shower head was worse than a water hose. Very disappointed with this location and when I come back I will be finding another hotel chain to stay at.

Came into town for a funeral and selected this hotel because they had a pool and a hot tub called ahead of time to make sure pool and hot tub was working . They said yes pool was only open one day next day they shut down and were very rude Whenever I asked about it.breakfast was crappy. Waffle iron was not working had bagels with nothing to go with them no butter, no cream cheese, and the rest of the food was cold so I left a bad feed back on my email and the lady wanted to basically call me a liar

There are not a ton of options in Enid. This may be the best option but that does not mean its very good. The property itself is old and outdated - not a lot has been done to upgrade or refresh the hotel. The bed was comfy and the AC worked so I was happy about that. But there were clear items that stood out that reflected a lack of care and lack of respect ---- My wife and I went in the pool on Wednesday during our week long stay. There had been a bunch of kids in the pool on Sunday and we knew they had made a mess - they put chairs and tables in the pool and left hair ties etc in the pool and the hot tub - on Wednesday the table was still in the water and in the hot tub there was still stuff on the bottom that needed to be cleaned up... nothing gross but part of a toy and some bugs. this was a clear sign that NO ONE had taken any time with the pool since Sunday (at least) and that meant that the water had not been treated (it smelled) and it was an amenity that was there but not inviting for a guest. I did pick everything up out of the pool in hopes that would spur the staff to do their part, but alas it never got better. ||Then on to breakfast - we got in on Saturday and Sunday was our first breakfast - it was a disaster - i do not know if the person working in the back was new but there was no leadership and no help.... The two waffle makers were both down (finally one of the guests hit the circuit breaker and restarted them), the waffle batter dispenser was completely empty, the sausage gravy was gross - it was so salty you could not eat it.... the buffet had run our of eggs. kielbasa and potatoes... all that was available when we got there was oatmeal. The worker did microwave some eggs, potatoes and also the breakfast meat but it was one thing at a time and took a really long time before people could eat.... the eggs were gross by the way really gross. so the pool area was a fail and breakfast was a fail.||We did have a really nice front desk person Morris who worked really hard and greetted us warmly every night when we came back to the hotel from our day. He was a bright spot.||One last note that shows the lack of management..... I worked out of the business center on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. On Monday i put a Gatorade bottle in the trash and on Thursday it was still there - the problem was the trash was overflowing - any other trash that week I had to take into the hallway where the trash was emptied in a regular rotation. ||So... is it a bad hotel - it is the best option among bad choices. My frustration was that with some effort and oversight it could have been so much better. I spend 50-60 nights a year in Hilton properties and lean toward the Hampton Inn brand since I am not fussy - you generally know what to expect and most Hampton Inns all are pretty similar - this one though was a big step back and it was all just lack of effort and lack of management and lack of pride.... disappointing that breakfast was so bad all week, disappointing that we could not feel comfortable using the pool or hot tub since no one ever seemed to clean it and disappointing that no one managed the staff to make things better.

We came into town for my birthday, stayed one night to wake up to bed bugs eatting me and my infant son. Had to throw away items and spent my birthday washing clothes
 manger offered us a suite and was super nice but when my sister tried to cancel her reso for bed bugs they told her that her room didn’t have them they stayed one night, was bit up and on their way out heard them checking a family into the room I stayed in a day prior was infested with them. I feel for that family. Building needs a remodel and an exterminator. Staff was friendly and helpful but ruined our ENTIRE WEEK!

One of the best stays on my long raod trip. Nice big room, Diamond upgrade to what was booked, that I was able to get work done in I enjoyed having a bathtub to soak in vice shower onlywasa nice plus. Standard Hampton breakfast, but good. nice fitness room. Lots of resuraunts within walking distance. A good stay when in Enid.

They have huge bed bugs!!! Left all my belongings! Do not stay here! They lost my booking had to call corporate to get my reservation. Horrible experience
