TGC is a hidden gem located on Main Street in Watonga. From their front window you can get a peek of what's inside. After entering, I saw a lot of merchandise right inside the store... jewelry, dolls, clothes, toys, kids floor mats, etc. Hidden towards the back you can see a dining area filled with tables and chairs and beautiful little treats on a counter. Jeannie and Doug Jackson, a wonderful couple, own the shop. Everytime I see Jeannie she is all smiles and goes out of her way to make sure you have all you need. I've even seen her at the courthouse taking orders for all the people waiting for court and staff having to work through lunch. They have take out menus that include sandwiches, salads, daily soup specials, canned pop, coffee made straight from coffee beans, tea, smoothies and flavored ice coffee. Today, I chose the Classic Sandwich with chicken, mayo, all the fixings on white bread for $6.00. It came with the sandwich and as an added surprise I also got a little cup of grapes and a bag of chips! I really want to try a strawberry smoothie, but it'll bring me back in another time. I was also given a rewards card: Buy 8 coffee's or smoothies and get the 9th free! I'll have to start getting it stamped! I can't wait to go back and try more!!

Cute coffee/sandwich soup place that has boutique style shopping also. They have soup of the day each day and a variety of sandwiches . I recommend their chicken salad sandwich is very good ! They also have a variety of muffins and deserts !

I really like going here. The owner is very engaging and very kind. With the coffee and cold drinks (kona mocha and java chip) and the amazing sandwiches (chicken salad) and soup of the day. There is always something good to eat here. Plus the atmosphere is very cozy and inviting.
