Normally, I can get hold of a person @ this DHS with no issue. Ive been on the phone for 2 1/2hrs & still being told it'll be another 30mins this is ridiculous. I called yesterday was supposed to be on the wait list for a call back never got that call either. Can someone please answer the damn phone.

These compassionate people care so be nice to them! They have a tuff job yet take the time are polite and help make a difference. Thank you all. Life can really get us down at times we all could use some help. Thanks to the lords love grace and mercy but also places like this were we can get help etc every bit helps!! Bless

Please get more help. 1 caseworker isn’t enough, and sitting for more than 2 hours before being seen, but it taking more than 4 hours in total to get minimal help is not okay.

nothing good to say but ima say it anyDAMNway... my experience w/ (Jerry Clayton) these guys has been a nightmare. no returned calls, endless runAround, gender bias, outright lies & a complete disregard for facts & criminal charges against s johnson aka medusa aka whiskey "flats"

I just seen the receptionist the other day and honestly she was one of the best people I have ever met very helpful and very polite
