if you need somewhere to stay it’s fine. the room wasn’t ready or someone left early not really sure which. door was open and keys didn’t work. the pull out couch had crumbs and stuff on it. room wasn’t clean, and smelled like feet. also there’s only one plug near the beds which is really inconvenient for those who have cell phones, sleeping machines etc.

the location is perfect and the lady up front is nice. that’s really the only good thing.

This hotel is highly rated, and I'm not sure why. The lobby is beautifully decorated, but our room needed a remodel. The walls were dinged, & the furniture was old and marred. It was not what you expect. Breakfast was standard. The front desk clerk was very helpful to us, because both of us have mobility issues.

We stayed so our grandkids could spend the night together and swim. The double queen suite was perfect for us. Front desk staff were great, they switched out our pool towels so we had dry towels for the kids. My service dog was welcomed. Overall a great evening with the grands! Thanks BW.

Everyone was great! Room was nice and clean and breakfast was absolutely wonderful. Every time I come to Muskogee I stay here. Their pool is indoor and heated which is great for the kiddos! See you all again soon! Happy New year to everyone at Best Western Plus in Muskogee!!!

A great place to get things stolen. This hotel is backed up into the woods on the bad side of town. Lobby was clean. Elevator is sketchy. Hallways clean. Bathroom door didn't lock. Stools and couches covered in white and brown stains and cigarette burns. Stay somewhere else.

I had a business meeting, I arrived late to hotel and the lady at desk Renea (had to ask her name) checked me in. She went above and beyond, very nice lady. Easy check-in and very good breakfast in morning I give this hotel a 10 out of 10. Met brandy the manager the next day. She made time to ask me how my stay was, I told her great. Will definitely tell my company any time we have meetings to stay at Best Western Muskogee. Great service and great rates.

This place has a big bed bug problem. Checked in 12/18/24 to room 210, found bed bug feces on the mattress corners, eggs and molts under the headboard. We have video and photos of live bugs under the headboard.

Night staff wasn't at all surprised, replacement room also had bugs. Checked out that night and went to the Holiday Inn across the street.

I called the GM Brandi Hathcoat, who assured us she "inspected the rooms and didn't find anything." She offered no resolution or even apology for the inconvenience.

This place is an embarrassment to Best Westerns everywhere.

I really enjoyed my time while i was there. The lady that checked us in was wonderful i think her name was Renee. I will be back next year for sure. Rooms were clean Cody did a great job checking us out. I will only visit this hotel when i come back to Muskogee. Everything from the atmosphere to breakfast was great
