Excellent customer service!
Location is perfect & easy b access.
Rooms smell a little stuffy... but they are making modifications.
(Curtains should be changed, they are holding all the muggy smell)

Room was dingy and not very well kept. TV didnt work and staff didnt fix until last minute. Bathroom door was missing hinges and wouldn't even shut properly. However they were very accommodating when it came to late check out and I appreciated that.

Staff was attentive, I did not have any issues while staying. There is a key card to scan to get inside and cameras in lobby. I felt very safe, rooms were exceptionally clean though small. I am not upset by the room size due to our total for a one bed being under $70. We definitely got a good room for the price.
It is a convenient location to the high way and nearby convenience stores.
Staff was kind of loud in the morning for room service, we could hear them in our room knocking on other doors, so keep that in mind if you will stay multiple days.
Lastly, the entire property appears to be no smoking, which is great for the rooms but depending on how you feel about smoking this place may be perfect for you or slightly inconvenient.

We went here at around 11pm and got a room we, were in the room laying down and my gf said she’s feels itchy. Needless to say I get up and remove the cover and there’s a bed bug crawling on the bed. I grab our things and go to the front desk and he tells me there no refund because we already used the room so we were forced to leave for no reason I tried to show video proof but he said he has to call “pest control” and they will confirm if there’s bugs. needless to say I wouldn’t recommend staying here the lobby smells nice but it’s a very low quality hotel

The people at the counter could use some "bed side manner" if you will but over all truly it's a nice hotel. I saw not one big, it was immaculate. Everything was clean. It smelled good. The rooms were nice and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked well. Given the area and the prices I was shocked. He prepared to have a 40 dollar deposit.

Best place ever!! it feels like home! from the staffs to the house men & women they are all very nice they keep the place clean 24/7 makes u wanna stay here forever! this is hands down the best place to be! it is also safe for kids cause you can’t come in unless you have a room card. 20/20

After being bitten multiple times by bedbugs on our first night we refused to stay. We went to the front desk that evening to alert them of the problem and to tell them we wanted a refund. We were asked if we wanted to stay in the sister hotel that was located behind the Stayhome Inn and Suites. Which we declined due to already having a poor experience. The hotel has refused to refund my payment even with us not staying there, even with picture proof of the bedbug we found.

If my satisfaction was important you would have refunded my stay after I didn’t stay. But that’s okay I’ll see you in court!

One of the best places to stay. Rooms are always clean. The staff is great. I’ve stayed numerous times and have never had an issue with the rooms or any sense of feeling unsafe. I actually like the fact that it takes a keycard to enter 24/7. Obviously you can’t make everyone happy but some of these negative reviews are obviously done in spite. I’ve stayed at a few hotels around this area and wish I would have gave this place a chance sooner. So if your looking to stay a night or however long you need, definitely check to see if there is availability here. I promise you won’t be disappointed for the price and the security!
