Enjoyed our stay. The entire facility was very clean and tidy. All staff members were very friendly and helpful! Breakfast was 5 stars! So much to choose from. Gave a 4 star for room only because our tv would not connect to a network. Also the handle on our toilet was broken so we had to fix it every time we flushed. Overall wonderful stay and will stay again!

The hotel was very nice and clean. The ice machines were out on floors two and three the hot tub was down. It was not working and the elevators were not working on Friday night. Other than that. It was a good visit. I will visit again, but hopefully the next day will be a lot more comfortable.

Pros - good value, decent hot breakfast, lounge, clean rooms and comfy king bed, was allowed to park motorcycle by front door, restaurants within walking distance

Cons - poor lighting in bathroom, even mirror light was dim, no fan in bathroom, no grab bars in shower

My husband and I finally got away for the weekend and after checking out and getting a receipt that we were all paid up. 2 days later The hotel has charged my card for our room again. I called them they were No help so I called my bank and the lady told me they have been trying to push 3 more payments through. How can they legally do this. I want to know how many people they are doing this to and they don't even realize it. Shame on this hotel establishment, you should be ashamed for ripping people off. I had already told my mom to stay here next month when she goes to Tulsa ok. I will be telling her and everyone I come into contact with about this 🤬

The whole hotel and rooms had a bad smell. The bathroom was dirty , no soap in the shower and when I requested soap the staff was rude. They hung up on me when I called down to ask a question and were rude when I could not understand what he was saying:

Great 2 night stay and will be back. Heater was out on hot tub but there was a note and they are working on fixing it. Warm welcome at checkin. I recommend. They do need to get their bar reopen!! I was let down by that. Please reopen the bar 😀

Best beds great service Taylor and Mayra are amazing!! I really enjoyed this hotel everything was over the top smooth and comfy and made me feel welcome and at home. I will definitely go back there again and I will definitely refer my family and friend
